Grade A is suitable for decal paper for printing metal, wood and other decals, and grade B is suitable for interleaving paper for printing ceramic films.

4.2Roll specification: 394mm; flat paper specification: 787mm×546mm, 394mm×546mm, or as specified in the order contract, the size deviation shall not exceed ±3mm, the skewness shall not exceed 3mm, and the size and skewness shall be measured in accordance with GB/T451.1. 4.3The fiber structure of the paper shall be even, and the paper shall not have holes visible to the naked eye under transmitted light. When applying glue to Grade A paper, there shall be no glue leakage.
4.4The cutting edges of the paper shall be neat and clean. The end surface of the roll shall be flat, without any clamping strips, obvious running strips, or running platforms. The joints must be firm and glued with red glue, and labels shall be placed at the joints for marking. 4.5 The paper surface should be smooth, without wrinkles, defects, holes, streaks, cracks, sand, hard blocks, severe seersucker, bubbles, sticky hair, wrinkles and obvious wool marks.
4.6 The whiteness of paper should not have obvious differences. The following conditions may be classified as second-class products, but no more than two at the same time. 4.7
The quantitative value exceeds the allowable range by less than 0.5g/m2; the tear length is less than 10% of the specified value;
The whiteness is less than 20% of the specified value;
The air permeability is greater than 20% of the specified value;
The dust content exceeds 20% of the specified value.
5 Inspection rules
5.1 The quantity delivered at one time is considered as a batch, but not more than 30t. 5.2 The manufacturer shall ensure that the delivered products meet the provisions of this standard and other technical requirements stipulated in the order contract. Each piece of paper shall be accompanied by a certificate of conformity when delivered.
5.3 The delivery inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2828, and the sample unit is ream or simple. 5.4 Samples shall be randomly selected from the pieces, and only one sample can be selected from each piece. 5.5 The sampling and pre-inspection treatment of the samples shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T450 and GB/T10739. 5.6 The grouping and sampling plan of the delivery inspection items shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 2. 304

5.7 The purchaser has the right to inspect whether the product meets the requirements according to this standard. If the purchaser has any objection to the product quality, it should be raised to the supplier within three months after arrival, and then both parties will jointly sample for re-inspection. If the re-inspection result does not meet the requirements of this standard, it shall be judged as a batch failure and the supplier shall be responsible for handling; if the re-inspection is qualified, the inspection fee and consumption shall be borne by the purchaser. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
6.1 Packing and marking shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T10342, or in accordance with the provisions of the order contract. 6.2 When transporting paper, it is not allowed to drop the paper from a high place to prevent damage. 6.3 When transporting paper, use rainproof, moisture-proof and clean transportation vehicles with tarpaulin. 6.4 Paper should be properly stored and strictly prevented from rain, snow and ground moisture. This standard was proposed by the Paper Industry Department of the Ministry of Light Industry. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Paper Standardization Center. This standard was drafted by Hangzhou Huafeng Paper Mill. The main drafters of this standard are Hu Lingling and Lu Jinpei. From the date of implementation of this standard, the former Ministry of Light Industry standard QB818--1981 "Decal Paper" will be invalid. 305
