This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of sintered common bricks. It is not applicable to ordinary bricks (hereinafter referred to as bricks) made of clay, coal ore and fly ash as the main raw materials after roasting and drying. 2 Normative Reference Documents

3 Terms and definitions

4.1 Category
According to the main raw materials, it can be divided into rare earth brick (N), rock brick (Y), coal ash brick [M] and fly ash brick (F). 4.2 Grade
4.2.1 According to the compressive strength, it can be divided into five strength grades: MUI30, ML25, MU20, MU15, and ML:F. 4.2.2 Bricks with qualified strength, weathering resistance and radioactivity can be divided into three quality grades: superior (A), medium (B) and qualified (L) according to size deviation, external quality, frost and stone cracking. 4.4 Product marking
The product marking of bricks shall be written in the order of product name, category, strength grade, quality grade and standard abbreviation. For example, sintered clay bricks with strength grade MU15 and standard clay bricks shall be marked as: sintered ordinary bricks NMU15BGBEIGl.
5 Requirements

5.4.3 Frost test piece and each brick sample are not allowed to have cracks, delamination, drop, missing, corners and other deterioration phenomena, and the quality loss shall not be more than 2.
5.5 Frosting
Each brick sample shall meet the following requirements.

6.1 Dimension deviation
The number of test samples is 20, and the test method specified in (GB/T2542) is used. 7. 1 Inspection classification
Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection: 7. 1. 1 Factory inspection
The inspection items for factory inspection are: dimensional deviation, external pressure and strength grade. Every product leaving the factory must undergo factory inspection, and the appearance quality inspection shall be conducted during production.
7. 1. 2 Type inspection The type inspection items include all the items required by the technical requirements of this standard. 8.1 Marking
When the product is shipped to the factory, a product quality certificate must be provided. The main contents of the product quality certificate include: manufacturer name, product mark, batch and certificate number, actual technical performance of this batch of products and production date, etc., and the inspector and the inspection unit shall sign and seal. 8.2 Packaging
The products shall be packed according to variety, strength, quality grade and color as required by the customer. The packaging should be solid to ensure that they will not be shaken or damaged during transportation. B. 3 Transportation

A.2 Technical requirements
A.2.1 The requirements for decorative bricks with the same specifications as the fired common bricks must meet the requirements of Chapter 5 of this standard. A.2.?
