Anti-counterfeiting anti euulerfeitingupabilitygrade can distinguish the authenticity and prevent counterfeiting by its durability and durability. According to the difficulty of imitation of anti-counterfeiting technology, the type of anti-counterfeiting technology, the degree of light penetration during the detection period, the time of maintaining the constant anti-counterfeiting effect and other indicators, the various evaluation levels can be divided into four grades: A, B, C, and D. A is the highest, and grade 4 is the lowest.
4 Classification and naming
4. Products are divided into two types according to the apparent color under natural light: color-changing and non-fluorescent. 4.2 The above types of externally excited fluorescent oils can be divided into the following types according to the luminescent materials excited by the external light, such as those containing carbon emitting materials are yellow-emitting (without) and those containing red-emitting materials are red-emitting (without) and so on. 4.3 Product model The above formula is the first part. The second part is the primary color. The colorless white. Note: The code is 0 according to the convention of the special point. Note 2: The fluorescence intensity is expressed in three nanometers. The product number can be expressed as: ×x×, indicating that the third part is the number of the fluorescence intensity and the wavelength (three parts in total). The wavelength is 365m. The fourth part is the length of the acid. The first letter is C, indicating 32aal. 1 indicates the wavelength 254 The maximum emission wavelength of the product is 520 nm. The product's external color is green. The product is for special use in the field of T-shirts and jackets. 5 Technical requirements GB/17(01.1-1994 and QR/202-1994. 6) The sampling method is to select an appropriate sample from the mixed sample under high temperature (see GB3186-1982) and select the appropriate sample
6.8.2 Preparation of standard and test samples:
2) Instruments include:
Explosion-proof instrument: Glass sampler:
Suitable sampler as specified in 3186-1992: Sample wire drawing: Scale bar (1c.c5) mm. Length 170 mm, stainless steel wire (1m±n.5) nm, steel wire 12, closely arranged - neatly without burning effect
Sample and plastic film: special paper and plastic film that does not produce visible flame under 254 or 365 degrees ultraviolet light, ) Sample preparation as follows:
Use a suitable sampling tube to obtain 2 mL of standard or test sample, clean it on the sample paper and plastic film, use a scraper to remove the ink to form a standard sample as shown in Figure 1, dry for 5 days: then scrape the details into a 15mm×30mm rectangle and set aside. 6.8.3 Notes:
) When preparing the sample, the amount of the sample should be mixed evenly. h) The thickness of the sample is 3) mm-45 μm, but the thickness of the standard sample and the sample must be consistent. When measuring the center, the standard sample and the sample must be carried out under the same temperature and separation conditions: d) After the scraping sample is prepared, it must be kept in the freezer for more than 12 hours. 3

6.9 Determination of fluorescence and emission wavelength: 6-9.1 Method:
The fluorescence intensity of the fluorescent oil refers to the fluorescence intensity of the sample and the standard sample under 254nm (short wave) or 865nm (long wave) laser micro-irradiation. The fluorescence intensity of the sample and the standard sample is compared within the visible light range of 4C~8Uun. The test result is expressed in score. This method can be divided into the visual avoidance test method and the comparative test method. The ultraviolet excitation light source refers to the ultraviolet light (4Cnm~B0Om) band emitted by the ultraviolet light pulse sample in the range of 254nm or 365rm. The maximum light intensity value corresponding to the selected value is expressed in nm. E. 9.2 1. Instruments and tools: inkjet printer, sampler, sample scraper, plastic film scraper and other equipment as required in 5.8.2 (a), the detector is a general fluorescence spectrophotometer: 6.9.3 (b) Sample preparation: According to 682 (b), the starting sample and the duplicate sample of the test piece shall be cut into sizes that meet the detection requirements of the instrument, and under the same conditions (instrument conditions and intensity settings), the maximum fluorescence intensity in their fluorescence spectra shall be measured by a fluorescence ratiometric photometer, i.e. the emission wavelength region.
The relative light intensity can be calculated by the following formula: S=【B/AX1U0%】: "
The formula is: fluorescence intensity·percentage (the carbon column is 1)》A——standard sample fluorescence intensity
B test fluorescence intensity.
6.9.4 Rating method:
Based on the actual situation, the relative fluorescence intensity of the sample is tested by the visual test method and the instrument traceability test method. The corresponding ratings are shown in Table 2:
