1 Scope National Standard of the People's Republic of China Equipment and components used in cabled distribution systems primarily intended for television and sound signals Part 12: Generic specifications for system outlets GB/T 11318. 12—1996 Replaces GB/T14948.2--1994 This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of system outlets (hereinafter referred to as components) in cabled distribution systems for television and sound signals of 5MHz to 1750MHz. This standard applies to system outlets in cabled distribution systems for television and sound signals of 5MHz to 1750MHz. 2 Referenced standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard was published, the versions shown were all valid. All standards will be revised. Parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. According to the working mode, it is divided into terminal type and series type (series unit). According to the circuit program, it is divided into filter type and broadband transmission line transformer type. 4 Basic dimensions and mechanical matching requirements The basic dimensions of the components shall comply with the provisions of GB/T7393. The socket form of the components shall comply with the provisions of 3.3.2 in GB902588. 5 Requirements 5.1 General requirements The general requirements of the components shall comply with the provisions of 4.1.1 of GB/T11318.1-1996. 5.2 Performance parameters Approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on September 9, 1996 400 Implementation on May 1, 1997 GB/T 11318.12-1996 The performance parameter requirements for the output ports of terminal and serial systems are shown in Table 1 and Table 2 respectively. The test items after high temperature, constant humidity, sweep frequency vibration and collision tests are branch loss (series type) or output attenuation (terminal type). After low temperature test and free fall test, the performance test shall be carried out according to the items specified in Table 1 (terminal type) or Table 2 (series type), and the test results shall comply with the relevant provisions in Table 1 or Table 2. 5.4 Reliability The lower limit of the reliability index mean time between failures (MTBF) of the component shall not be less than 100,000 h6. The failure criterion is the branch loss (series type) or output attenuation (terminal type), and the change range exceeds 3dB and 1.5dB respectively compared with before the test. 5.5 Safety The safety requirements of the component shall comply with the relevant provisions of Section 9 of GB/T6510-1996. 5.6 Electromagnetic compatibility The electromagnetic compatibility requirements of the component shall comply with the relevant provisions of 4.6 of GB/T11318.1-1996. 401 6 Test methods 6.1 General requirements GB/T 11318.12-1996 The test methods for general requirements of components shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 4.1.2 of GB/T11318.1-1996. 6.2 Performance parameters The performance parameters of the components shall be measured in accordance with the provisions of 4.2.2 of GB/T11318.1-1996. When measuring the mutual isolation between TV and FM, the TV channel should input the signal from the TV port, and the FM band should input the signal from the FM port. 6.3 Environmental adaptability The environmental adaptability test method of the components shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of 4.3 of GB/T11318.1--1996. The test temperature group is Group I. 6.4 Reliability test The reliability test method of the components shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 4.4 of GB/T11318.1--1996. The test plan is Plan I. 6.5 Safety The safety test method of components shall comply with the relevant provisions of Section 9 of GB/T6510-1996, in which the test current for dielectric strength is 10mA, and the test voltage is steadily increased to the specified value within 5s to 10s, maintained for 1min, and then decreased at the same speed. The test shall be conducted between the following endpoints: a) The inner conductor of the output port and the inner conductor terminal of the input and output coaxial cable; b) The inner conductor of the output port and the outer conductor terminal of the input and output coaxial cable; c) The outer conductor of the output port and the inner conductor terminal of the input and output coaxial cable; d) The outer conductor of the output port and the outer conductor terminal of the input and output coaxial cable. 6.6 Electromagnetic compatibility The electromagnetic compatibility test method of components shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of 4.6 of GB/T11318.1-1996. 7 Inspection rules The inspection rules for components shall comply with the relevant provisions of Chapter 5 of GB/T11318.1-1996. The main electrical performance parameter test items during the delivery inspection are insertion loss, branch loss (series type) or output attenuation (terminal type). 8 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage The marking, packaging, transportation and storage of components shall comply with the relevant provisions of Chapter 6 of GB/T11318.1-1996. 402 Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
