5.1 Chemical analysis
.5.1.1 The chemical composition is inspected heat by heat. The test block should be prepared during the burning and injection process. 5.1.2 Chemical composition analysis shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB223. 5.2 Mechanical properties
5.2.1 The test block for mechanical property test should be cast separately according to Figure 1 or 2 during the injection process, and should be water toughened in the same furnace as the casting. 5.2.2 Tensile test should be according to GB228 Provisions. 5.2.3 The impact test shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB229. 5.2.4 Brinell hardness test shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB231. The test location is determined by the supplier. 5.2.5 For cast holes, sample blocks should be used for passability inspection one by one. 190
