Packaging drawing requirements
GB/T13385
3 Basic requirements
3.1 The packaging design should be carried out according to the project task book or contract. 3.2 The performance of the contents should meet the quality requirements during the circulation process. 3.3 Appropriate packaging materials should be used to reduce the harm to the environment and human body. 3.4 Resources should be saved, packaging costs should be reasonably controlled, and economic benefits should be improved. 3.5 If necessary, packaging should be graded according to relevant requirements. 3.6 The designed packaging should comply with the requirements of relevant laws, regulations and standards. 3.7 Try to make the packaging compact, scientific and reasonable. 4 Design factors
4.1 Characteristics of contents
4.1.1 Form
Select the corresponding packaging method or packaging method according to the form of the contents (solid, liquid, gas). The type of container and the internal physical protection (such as sealing, buffering, fixing and other technical measures through decomposition or combination to achieve stability and minimum volume) should be considered. For solids, stable types (such as cubes, objects with bases) and unstable types (such as spheres, cylinders and other convex and concave shapes) should be considered.
4.1.2 Mass and size
4.1.2.1 The contents can be divided into light objects, heavy objects, small objects, large objects, long objects, flat objects, super-high objects, etc. The packaging unit should be determined according to the mass and size, and transportation, loading and unloading and warehousing should be taken into consideration. 4.1.2.2 For heavy, long, flat, high and large objects, while considering the protection of the objects themselves, the outer packaging should be convenient and safe for loading and unloading. Even for light and small objects, they should generally be protected from loads and impacts from above. 4.1.3 Strength
The strength and fragility of the contents should be known in advance, and appropriate buffering technical measures should be adopted. Select the position with greater strength of the contents as the support point, apply fixing or buffering technical measures, and select packaging units and packaging containers that are conducive to stable loading and unloading. 4.1.4 Temperature adaptability
Master the appropriate temperature and select containers and materials that can maintain the appropriate temperature (such as frozen packaging, frozen containers, cold-resistant containers, the use of dry ice or insulated containers, etc.).
Temperature-resistant packaging should take into account the factors affecting the circulation environment during transportation, the transportation route and the mode of transportation. The modes of transportation include railway, road, water and air transportation.
4.1.5 Water and moisture resistance
For water and moisture resistance, the following factors should be considered: a) For products that are not affected by water and moisture, lattice boxes, bundled packaging, chassis packaging or naked packaging can be used; b) For products that are easily affected by water, waterproof containers or waterproof packaging can be used; c) For products that are easily affected by moisture, moisture-proof packaging or waterproof materials can be used for moisture-proof packaging. 4.1.6 Corrosion resistance
For products that are easily corroded, the circulation environment conditions should be considered, and rust-proof treatment and waterproof or moisture-proof packaging should be adopted. 4.1.7 Mildew resistance
For products that are prone to mildew and are easily affected by mildew, steam, anti-dancing agents, moisture-proof packaging, etc. should be adopted according to the meteorological conditions in the circulation environment. 4.1.8 Hazard
When the product is highly toxic, flammable, explosive, radioactive, etc., the packaging design should be carried out according to safety and relevant regulations. 4.1.9 Types, uses and performance of articles
According to the types (such as complete sets of equipment, machines, decorations, food, building materials, parts, raw materials, etc.), uses and performance of articles, inner and outer packaging that meet the purpose of transportation and sales shall be adopted. 4.2 Circulation environment conditions
4.2.1 Loading and unloading conditions
The following conditions should be considered:
a) Manual operation, mechanical operation, multimodal transport loading operation, etc., estimate the number of loading and unloading times and the possibility of falling, impact, inversion, edge and corner loads, etc., and take necessary test verification; port facilities, loading and unloading equipment, loading and unloading technology, loading and unloading habits, etc. at the destination; b)
The strength of the contents (especially fragile articles should be based on their brittleness parameters) and relevant test and experience data: the convenience of loading and unloading and protection measures (appropriate packaging units, quality, size); d)
e) The use of pallets and containers.
4.2.2 Transportation environmental conditions
The following conditions should be considered:
Railway transportation conditions, such as vibration, impact, cargo pressure, temperature and humidity, etc.;a)
Road transportation conditions, such as gear shifting, running on bad roads and shock and vibration caused by sudden braking, etc.;b)
Water transportation conditions, such as vibration, swing, cargo pressure, impact, temperature and humidity changes, salt spray, etc.;d)Air transportation conditions, such as vibration, impact, temperature changes, low air pressure, etc. 4.2.3 Storage and custody conditions
Main factors to be considered in storage and custody:
a) The impact of stacking height and stacking arrangement on product strength;b) The impact of storage period on fatigue and strength reduction of packaging materials and containers;c) The impact of temperature and humidity conditions of the storage place on the packaged items;d) The impact of wind, sun, rain, condensation, dust, etc. on the packaged items during outdoor storage. 4.2.4 Meteorological conditions
GB/T12123---2008
The impact of high temperature, low temperature, high temperature melting and low temperature freezing caused by temperature changes, temperature and humidity changes, and condensation on the packaging should be considered.
4.3 User requirements
a) Salesability: packaging units that are easy to sell; b) Convenience: easy to handle after inspection, disassembly and use; c) Symbolism: clear signs that are easy to identify and will not be confused with others. 4.4 Other restrictions
Not only must the packaging conditions stipulated by various transportation, warehousing and other departments be observed, but also the restrictions stipulated in relevant laws and regulations. For example: quality restrictions, size restrictions, nature restrictions, regional restrictions, etc. 5 Determine the design scheme
5.1 Determine the design parameters
