Petroleum and Natural Gas Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China SY / T 5378---91 Technical requirements for drilling fluid sand content measuring instrument Published on July 19, 1991 Ministry of Energy of the People's Republic of China 1991-12-01 Implementation Subject content and scope of application Petroleum and Natural Gas Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Technical requirements for drilling fluid sand content measuring instrument SY /T 537891 1.1 Subject content This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging and storage requirements for drilling fluid sand content measuring instrument. 1.2 Scope of application This standard applies to drilling fluid sand content measuring instrument (hereinafter referred to as instrument). 2 Reference standards ZBY002 Basic environmental conditions and test methods for transportation and storage of instruments and meters ZBY003 General technical conditions for packaging of instruments and meters 3 Technical requirements 3.1 Normal working conditions a. Ambient temperature: 5~40℃; b. Relative humidity: 5%~95%; c. Atmospheric pressure: 86~108kPa d. The ambient air does not contain media that corrode chromium, nickel plating, non-ferrous metals and their alloys. The nominal capacity of glass test tubes and their capacity tolerances 3.2 The white content scale of the sand content volume and its bulk density tolerance shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 3.2.1 Sand content volume percentage scale, % Ministry of Energy of the People's Republic of China approved product on July 19, 1991 Capacity filling difference, % 199[-12-01 implementation SY /T 537891 3.2.2The nominal capacity of drilling fluid volume is 30ml, and the capacity tolerance is ±2%. 3.2.3The nominal capacity of water volume is 100ml, and the capacity tolerance is ±1%. 3.3Appearance Ugly: The glass test tube should be smooth, transparent, with clear scale, and no defects such as cracks and gaps. The screen of h200 days should be flat: there should be no damage, looseness, etc.: c. The inner wall of the funnel should be smooth: there should be no defects such as cracks and scratches. 3.4 Performance against transport environment The instrument shall meet the requirements of ZBY002 under the conditions of transport packaging, including +55℃ for high temperature test, -40℃ for low temperature test, 95% for relative humidity (at 25℃), and 250mm for falling from the mountain. After the test, the instrument shall meet the requirements of Article 3.3 of this standard. 4 Test method 4.1 Test conditions Temperature: 15~35℃ (the maximum allowable temperature change rate is 1℃/10min); a. b. Relative humidity: 45%~75%; c. Air pressure 86~106kPa. 4.2 Test equipment and materials a. Burette: Class A. 1, 5, 10, 20ml each. b. Distilled water: 100ml or more. 4.3 The nominal capacity of the glass test tube and its capacity tolerance test adopts the injection comparison method. Use a clean, dry burette to draw different amounts of distilled water in turn and record the amount drawn: then inject it into the glass test tube, observe that the liquid level rises to the corresponding scale, stop injecting: calculate the difference between the actual injection amount and the nominal capacity, and the difference shall not exceed the provisions of Article 3.2. 4.4 Appearance inspection The appearance and marking of the instrument shall meet the requirements of Article 3.3 and Article 6.1 by sensory inspection. 4.5 Anti-transport environment performance test The test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of ZBY002. After the test, remove the packaging and check the requirements of Article 3.3 in accordance with the method of Article 4.4. 5 Inspection rules 5.1 Factory inspection Each instrument shall be inspected by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer before it can be shipped out of the factory. The inspection of the instrument shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Table 2. Table 2 Technical requirements Article number 5.2 Type inspection Item name Nominal capacity of glass test tube and its capacity tolerance Test method Article number Type inspection of the instrument shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of Articles 3.2 to 3.4, 6.1 and the test methods of Articles 4.3 to 4.5. 2 6 Marking, packaging and storage 6.1 Marking SY /T 5378-91 A mark or nameplate shall be attached to the appropriate position of the instrument. It shall indicate: manufacturer name or factory markwwW.bzxz.Net b, instrument name and model; c. Manufacturing number; d. Year and month of manufacturing. 6.2 Packaging The instrument for transportation in boxes shall be packed with the complete set of accessories specified in the instructions and in accordance with the provisions of ZBY003. The glass test tube shall be packed in shockproof packaging. 6.3 Storage The instrument shall be stored in a ventilated room with an ambient temperature of 5-40℃ and a relative humidity of 10%-90%. The indoor air shall not contain harmful impurities that can corrode the instrument. Additional instructions: This standard was proposed by China National Petroleum Corporation.
