Elongation:
If the purchaser has requirements and indicates it in the contract, hot-rolled plates and cold-rolled soft plates can be sampled at room temperature along the rolling direction for bending tests. Plates with a thickness of less than and equal to 5mm, without a bending core radius, should be bent 180°, and there should be no cracks at the bend. Plates with a thickness greater than 5mm, whose bending core radius is equal to the plate thickness, should be bent 180°, and there should be no cracks at the bend. 4.4 Physical properties
If the purchaser has special requirements and indicates it in the contract, the electrical properties test of the plate can be carried out, and the resistivity at 20℃ should comply with the provisions of Table 6.
4.5 Surface quality
4.5.1 The surface of the plate should be clean and should not have cracks, peeling, inclusions, bubbles and folds. Resistivity, mm2/m
Not more than
0. 017 241
0.017 774
The plate fracture should not have delamination, and local scratches, spots, pits, wrinkles, copper oxide, embossing and roller marks are allowed, which do not make the plate thickness exceed the allowable deviation.
4.5.2 The plate should be supplied after pickling, but the plate with a length greater than 2000mm can be supplied without pickling. 5 Test methods
5.1 The arbitration analysis method of the chemical composition of the plate shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB5121. 5.2 The tensile test method shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB228. 5.3 The bending test method shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB232. 5.4 The resistivity test method shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB3048. 5.5 The plate size shall be measured with a measuring tool of corresponding accuracy. 5.6 The plate shall be inspected for appearance, shape and surface quality with a moon sight. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Inspection and acceptance
6.1.1 The plates shall be inspected and accepted by the supplier's technical supervision department, and the product quality shall be guaranteed to comply with the provisions of this standard. 6.1.2 After receiving the product, the buyer shall conduct a re-inspection in accordance with the provisions of this standard. If the re-inspection result does not comply with the provisions of this standard, the buyer shall submit it to the supplier within three months from the date of receipt of the product, and the supplier and buyer shall negotiate to resolve it. 6.2 Batches
The plates shall be submitted for inspection in batches, and each batch shall consist of plates of the same specifications and status. 3
6.3 Inspection items
GB 2529:89
Each batch of plates shall be inspected for chemical composition, external dimensions and surface quality. 6.4 Sampling location and number of samples
6.4.1 During the melting and casting process, the supplier shall randomly select one sample from each furnace for chemical composition inspection. 6.4.2 The buyer shall randomly select one sample from each batch of plates for chemical composition inspection. 6.4.3 For the tensile test of the plate, two plates shall be taken from each batch, and a sample shall be taken from each plate along the rolling direction. The samples shall comply with the provisions of P04 and P05 samples in Table 10 of GB6397.
6.4.4 The thickness of the plate shall be measured at a distance of not less than 200mm from the end and not less than 10mm from the edge. The thickness deviation outside the measurement range shall not be used as a basis for scrapping.
6.4.5 For the bending test, two plates shall be taken from each batch, and a sample shall be taken from each plate along the rolling direction. 6.4.6 For the resistivity test, two plates shall be taken from each batch, and a sample shall be taken from each plate. 6.4.7 The external dimensions and surface quality of the plates shall be measured one by one. 6.5 Repeated test
Even if one sample fails the test, double the samples should be taken from the batch to retest the failed items. If there is still one sample that fails the retest, the whole batch shall be scrapped or the supplier shall check each one of them. The qualified ones shall be accepted in a separate batch. 7 Packaging, marking, transportation and storage
Packaging, marking, transportation and storage shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB8888. Additional remarks:
