3.1 The packaging of amorphous refractory materials refers to the sales packaging and transport packaging of the product. The definition is as provided in GB4122. The technical requirements for the packaging of amorphous refractory materials shall comply with the provisions of GB9174 and relevant national standards. The packaging materials should not have any physical or chemical reaction with the product to damage the product. 3.2 Products can only be packaged according to product types and brands after being inspected and meeting the standards. There are four types of packaging: bags, barrels, boxes (cases) and collective packaging, see the table below. In order to distinguish products of different types and brands, colored packaging materials can be selected in the above packaging forms. 3.3 For products that must be added with binders before use, the binders can be packaged separately. The small package of binder should be attached to the hidden position of the product packaging.

Technical Requirements
All types of packaging bags should be folded and sewn tightly, with uniform stitch length. The contents should not be exposed and should not leak. Hand-tying is not allowed
a. Paper bags should be made of tough kraft paper, and the paper surface should be clean, without folds, wrinkles, cracks or holes. Paper bags are not allowed to be subsidized, and the number of layers should be no less than three. b. The glue width of the paper bag seam should not be less than 10mm, and the bonding should be firm, without opening or false sticking. c. The paper bag must be machine sealed, and the length of the folding seam stitches at both ends should be between 11~~13mm (the seam is 21 strands, three-in-one, nine strands to twelve strands). It is strictly forbidden to tie or loosen the mouth. d. Lining film.
c. The material should not be too full, and a small gap should be left in the bag. a. The flat wire used for polypropylene woven bags should have a smooth and flat appearance without obvious fuzzing. The width of the flat wire should not be less than 1.5mm. The relative tensile strength of the single wire should not be less than 3.5kg/denier, and the warp and weft density should be 40~64 strands/100mm
b. The woven bag must be cut with hot melt to ensure that the incision is melted and adhered without loose edges. c. The seams and seams of the woven bag are generally sewn by industrial or civilian sewing machines. The distance from the seam to the edge and bottom is 8~12mm, and the roll fold of the edgeless bag mouth is not more than 10mm. d Lining plastic film
a. The composite bag is made of paper bag paper, coating film, and polyimide woven fabric through hot pressing, cutting, pressing and sewing.
b. The cutting of the bag must be done by hot melting to ensure that the incision is melted and adhered without loose edges. c. The distance from the seam line of the composite bag seam edge and seam opening to the edge and bottom is 8-12mm; the stitch density is 16-25 stitches/100mm. The fold of the bag door is not more than 10mm: the fold back of the bottom is not less than 10mm

Should comply with the provisions of GB10454
Barrels should be round, without obvious defects such as loss of roundness, concave cancer, skewness, etc. The barrel body should be smooth, without burrs and mechanical damage. Repair welding is not allowed for barrel straight seams. The barrel is clean, free of rust, slag and other impurities. Lining isolation material; the paint film on the barrel surface is flat, smooth and uniform; the barrel mouth parts are assembled and matched, without leakage and meet other requirements determined by both supply and demand parties
a. The plywood used for barrel making is not less than 8 layers, and the barrel bottom and barrel cover must use five layers of plywood. Degumming and bubbling are not allowed. The fiberboard should have good water resistance. b. The barrel body should be firm and solid, without obvious defects such as loss of roundness, concave cancer, and skewness. There should be steel belt reinforcement hoops at both ends of the barrel body,
C. There should be a shoulder lining on the inner edge of the barrel mouth. The barrel cover should be tightened and pinned with a bite cover. d. Lining plastic film or other anti-leakage materials a require no cracking, no leakage, and no aging. Its shape should be convenient for stacking, loading and unloading and handling. b The seal should be tightened with a double-layer barrel cover, and the goods inside should not leak, c. Technical requirements
According to the provisions of GB6543 and GB6544, the inner lining is plastic film or other anti-leakage materials. In order to facilitate loading, unloading, storage and transportation, the following packages (bags, boxes, barrels) are packed together to form a suitable handling unit (defined in GB4122). The box board should have no obvious burrs and holes. Its defects should not affect its structural strength. The wooden box should be vertically straight at the four corners. The thickness and width of the box board should be determined according to the weight of the loaded goods, but its thickness shall not be less than 18mm and its width shall not be less than 70mm. The box body size should be selected according to the provisions of GB4892
The box body can be folded, and its size should be selected according to the provisions of GB4892. It should comply with the provisions of GB1413
It should comply with the provisions of GB4995. The external dimensions should be selected according to the provisions of GB2934. Corrugated cardboard should comply with GB6544. After the packages are stacked and sealed, they are tied with steel straps and reinforced with thin steel plates for edge protection and corner wrapping.
The thickness of the box board should be no less than 3mm for fiberboard and no less than 8mm for particleboard. There should be no less than three layers of plywood. After the packages are sealed, they are tied with steel straps and reinforced with thin steel plates for edge protection and corner wrapping. The packages are stacked on pallets and tied with steel straps. Plastic film (sheet) is thermoplastically packaged. The technical requirements for plastic film should comply with the provisions of GB3830. Each package of the product should be marked. The mark should be firm, non-fading, and placed in a conspicuous position. 4.2 Marking content
