This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of hand pumps. This standard is applicable to piston pumps, diaphragm pumps and screw pumps (collectively referred to as hand pumps, hereinafter referred to as pumps) that pump water at normal temperature and are driven by manpower. Test methods
3.1 The pumps shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved through the prescribed procedures. 3.2 The type, model and basic parameters of the pump shall comply with the provisions of JB/T7876.1. 3.3 The working conditions of the pump shall comply with the following provisions: a) The water temperature shall not be higher than 40℃; b) The sand content in the water (mass ratio) shall not exceed 0.1% for piston pumps and 0.01% for screw pumps. c) The pH value of the water shall be 6.5~8.5; approved by the State Machinery Industry Bureau on August 6, 1999 and implemented on January 1, 2000. d) The water shall not contain oil; JB/T7876.2—1999. e) The suction pipe of a shallow well pump can be directly inserted into the ground; a deep well pump should be installed in a straight well with a well wall pipe. 3.4 For pumps used for drinking water, the material and coating of the parts in contact with drinking water must be non-toxic. 3.5 The materials of the main parts of the pump cylinder components shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. Other substitute materials can also be selected under the premise of ensuring the design and use requirements.

5.9 The basic type and size of welding joints shall comply with the provisions of GB/I985 and GB/I986. The weld shall not have cracks, slag inclusions, pores, or undercuts. During operation, the weld shall not cause overheating or other defects that affect the quality of parts. 3.10 The surface roughness of the main parts of the pump shall comply with the provisions of Table 3. The surface of the diaphragm should be smooth and flat, without scratches, nicks and other defects that affect the quality. The sealing surface of the disc valve should not have defects such as rust, knife marks, sharp edges and cracks. Arithmetic mean deviation of the profile R. μm
Except for the edge, the entire chrome plating layer on the rotor surface should be glossy and uniform, without obvious particles, and no defects such as dendrites, cracks, blistering, peeling and pinholes are allowed.
3.14 The dimensions without tolerances shall be determined according to the m-level tolerance grade in GB/T.1804-1992. 5 The shape and position tolerances without shape and position shall be determined according to the K-level tolerance grade in GB/T1184-1996. 3.15
Appearance of the pump: the casting shall not have burrs; the paint coating shall not have defects such as wrinkles, peeling, siltation, etc. The pump shall be subjected to a leakage test, the shallow well pump shall be conducted at normal pressure: the deep well pump shall be conducted at 1.5 times the rated working pressure. Within 10 minutes of holding force, the leakage shall not exceed 1.0mL. 3.18
The shallow well pump shall ensure that it can be started and operated normally without water diversion after being shut down for 24 hours. Reliability: The average working time before the first failure of the pump is not less than 1500 hours for piston pumps and screw pumps, and not less than 1000 hours for diaphragm pumps. No parts shall be replaced during the test. 3.20 Scope of supply of complete sets of pumps:
a) Pumps and various specified accessories;
b) Special tools required for installation and maintenance; c) Pump wearing parts, see Table 4;
d) Factory packing documents of the pump.

Test method shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of JB/T7876.3 and relevant standards. Inspection rules
Inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection.
5.1 Factory inspection

5.1.1Pumps produced in batches shall pass the factory inspection and be accompanied by product certificates and instructions before they can leave the factory. 5.1.2 Inspection items:
a) Pump appearance;
b) Leakage test;
c) Diaphragm pump diaphragm, piston pump plate valve, screw pump rotor quality: d) Flow rate, total head or suitable suction head, total efficiency, volumetric efficiency of the pump's specified performance point; e) Completeness of the set.
5.1.3 Sampling inspection and judgment and disposal rules shall comply with the provisions of GB/T2828. A normal inspection sampling plan can be used. The inspection batch is the monthly (or) daily output of the product or the order batch (sets) at one time. The inspection level is general inspection level II, and the qualified quality level (AQL) is 4.0; it can also be determined by negotiation between the supply and demand parties. 5.1.4 After the test, the pump should be cleaned and treated with rust prevention. 5.2 Type inspection
5.2.1 Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following situations: a) When a new product or old product is transferred to the factory for trial production and identification; b) After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; c) When the product is resumed after a long period of suspension; d) When the batch-produced products are inspected periodically (at least once a year); JB/T7876.2—1999
e) When the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection:) When the national quality supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement. The inspection items are all the technical requirements specified in this standard. 5.2.2
5.2.3 The sampling inspection and judgment and disposal rules for type inspection shall comply with the provisions of GB/T2828. It is recommended to adopt a normal inspection single sampling plan. The inspection batch shall meet the sample size of at least 2 units, the inspection level is special inspection level S-1, and the acceptable quality level (AQL) is 6.5.
6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 Marking
6.1.1 Label
Each pump shall be firmly provided with a product label in an obvious position, and its size and technical requirements shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306. The label content shall include:
a) Manufacturer name and trademark:
b) Product name and model;
c) Specified main parameters: suction head or field head (m); flow rate (m2/h), reciprocating times (min) [or rotation speed (r/min)], water inlet diameter (mm);
d) Factory date and factory number;
e) Implementation product standard number.
6.2 Packaging and transportation
6.2.1 The packaging of the pump shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13384. Special packaging can be determined by negotiation between the supply and demand parties. 6.2.2 Each pump shall be accompanied by the following accessories and documents when it leaves the factory. The documents shall be sealed in a waterproof bag: a) Product certificate; b) Installation and operation manual (including installation layout); c) Random accessories, T-tools and lists. The markings on the outer surface of the packaging box shall be clear and complete. The markings shall generally include the following: 6.2.31 a) Receiving unit and address: b) Manufacturer's name or trademark: c) Product name and model; d) Packing box dimensions (length × width × height), mm; e) Gross weight, kg; f) Transportation mark; g) Shipping date. 6.2.4 Measures shall be taken to ensure that the pump will not be damaged due to vibration and collision during transportation, loading and unloading. 6.3 Storage
The manufacturer should take measures to ensure that the user will not rust or damage within 6 months under normal storage conditions. 3
