Weigh 1 sample (accurate to 0.1g) and place it in 0ml porcelain evaporating cabinet
, add 16mg magnesium oxide and 1ml magnesium nitrate solution (take the same amount of magnesium oxide and magnesium nitrate solution as blank), evaporate to dryness on a water bath, heat with low heat to carbonize, dry 50%~600℃ and burn until ash is completely reduced, cool, add a small amount of water, then add hydrochloric acid solution to neutralize and boil to dissolve the residue, add water to the total volume of 23ml, transfer it to a conical flask, add 5ml hydrochloric acid, 5ml potassium iodide solution and 5 drops of oxidizing liquid; shake well and let it stand at room temperature for 10min, then add 2ml arsenic-free zinc, immediately install the installed lead acetate and glass tube of reading test paper, and place it in a dark place at 25~30℃ for 15 minutes. The color of the bromide test paper shall not be darker than the standard. The standard is 3ml basic standard solution and the sample is treated in the same way at the same time. 5.6. Determination of heavy metal (as Pb-)

ash it at 550℃, cool it, add 0.5m1 acetic acid solution, add 20ml of water after dissolving (filter if necessary) and place it in a 50ml sodium colorimetric tube, add 1 drop of phenolic acid indicator solution, use ammonia solution to turn it light red, add 0.5m acetic acid solution, add water to 25m1, add 10ml saturated hydrogen peroxide, stir evenly, place it in the place for 10min, and its color should not be darker than the standard. The standard is to take 2ml of lead standard solution, add 0.5ml acetic acid solution, add water to 25m1, add 10ml saturated hydrogen peroxide, stir, and place it in the place for 10min.
5.7 Determination of pH value
5.7.1 Instrument: pH meter with 0.02 pH value scale, 5.2 Preparation of standard sieve solution
Potassium hydrogen phthalate buffer solution
Weigh 10.21 g of analytically pure potassium hydrogen phthalate (KH2PO4) dried at 110°C, dissolve it in fresh distilled water, and dilute to 1000 ml. The pH value of this solution is 4.01 (25). b.: Acid-type buffer solution
Weigh 3.40 g of analytically pure potassium dihydrogen phosphate (KH2PO4) dried at 110°C for 2 h and 355 g of analytically pure trisodium hydrogen phosphate (NaHPO4), dissolve it in fresh distilled water without CO2, and dilute to 1000 ml. The pH value of this solution is 6.6 (25). 5.7.3 Operation steps
First adjust the temperature regulator of the pH meter to the temperature of the sample to be tested, then use the standard buffer solution as the standard, adjust the pH meter positioning regulator so that its indicated value matches the pH value of the standard buffer solution, clean the electrode head with distilled water, dry it with filter paper, and move the electrode to the beaker containing the sample for measurement, and the pH value can be read directly. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Each batch of finished products of daily chemical flavors shall be inspected by the inspection department of the exempted factory. The content of argon (A) and heavy metals (Pb) shall be type inspection, and the inspection shall be conducted once a quarter. Other indicators shall be factory inspection. The manufacturer shall ensure that all products shipped meet the requirements of this standard. Each batch of products shipped shall be accompanied by a quality certificate, which shall include the manufacturer name, product name, trademark, production date, batch number, net weight, and the product symbol shall contain the certificate and batch number of this standard. 6.2 The acceptance unit has the right to accept in accordance with the technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules of this standard. Each batch shall be accepted once, and different batches shall be accepted separately.
6.3 Take 50ml of sample from a packaging container of the same batch and put it into two clean and dry glass bottles with frosted stoppers. The bottles shall be marked with: manufacturer name, product name, batch number, quantity, sampling date and location. One bottle shall be used for inspection and the other shall be kept for future reference.
6.4 If the acceptance If one of the indicators in the results does not meet the requirements of this standard, the manufacturer can re-test the samples from the two batches of packaging together. If the re-test results still show unqualified indicators, the batch of products cannot be accepted. 6.5 When the supply and demand parties have objections to the product quality, they can negotiate to resolve the issue, or invite a statutory testing agency to arbitrate, and the costs will be borne by the responsible party.
7. Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
7.1 Sichuan chemical flavors should be packed in glass bottles, vinyl whip plastic The packaging container should be marked with: manufacturer name, product name, model, specification, trademark, batch number, net weight, tare weight and standard number. If the ordering unit has special requirements, it can make an agreement with the manufacturer. --12-

A1 Determination and approval of standard samples
Q#750%
Management methods for confirmation and storage of standard samples (supplementary)
A1.1 For each type of daily chemical flavor, a standard sample must be prepared. The determination of the standard sample should be carried out by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer in conjunction with relevant personnel or the graded fragrance evaluation group to conduct technical inspection and fragrance evaluation to determine the standard sample. A1.2 If the user has special requirements for a certain type of daily chemical flavor product, the determination of the standard sample should be carried out by the above personnel together with the user.
A1.3 If a small sample is used as a sample when preparing a new product, an enlargement test must be carried out. The small ladder can be delivered to the user only after the magnification test is consistent. After it is put into production, it must be determined according to A1.1 and 1.2. A1.4 After the standard sample is determined, it should be reported to the metrology treasure (group) for filing and affixed with the approval certificate, with the date, number, custodian name, etc. written for standby use, and sent to the National Fragrance Standardization Center for approval in accordance with regulations. A2 Grading storage of standard samples
A2.1 Each manufacturer shall send the key varieties of daily chemical fragrance standard samples to the National Fragrance Standardization Center for approval and storage. The specific regulations are as follows:
a. For those with an annual output value of more than 10 million yuan, select the 10 largest output value standard samplesb, for those with an annual output value of 5 million to 10 million yuan, select the 8 largest output value standard samples; c, for those with an annual output value of less than 5 million yuan, select the 5 largest output value standard ladders. A2.2 The general varieties shall be kept by a special person in accordance with regulations by the manufacturer, and a written summary shall be submitted to the National Fragrance Standardization Center for filing.
A2.3 The standard sample should be placed in a brown glass bottle and stored in a dark place. The temperature should not exceed 30 pm. To prevent the aroma from contaminating each other, the standard sample should be sealed and stored. The standard sample sent to the National Flavor Standardization Center for security needs 50 ml. A2.4 Under the prescribed storage conditions: the shelf life of the standard sample is one year if it is not opened. Additional instructions,
This standard was proposed by the Quality Standards Department of the Ministry of Light Industry. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Flavor Standardization Center. This standard was jointly drafted by Shangyou Jianchen Flavor Factory and Tianjin Flavor Factory. The main drafters of this standard are: Guifang Zhao Jinzhi Yao Lai Di Zheng Yuefen. 1d
