4 Technical requirements
JB/T6408-92
4.1 The steel brush cleaning device for the electrostatic precipitator shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured, installed, tested and accepted in accordance with the drawings approved by the prescribed procedures:
4.2 The start and stop time of the lifting mechanism should not exceed 0.18, and the operation must be smooth and reliable without jamming. 4.3 The gap between the guide rail and the pulley is 2~3mm. During operation, each pulley should be evenly stressed. 4.4 The overall flatness of the brush holder, end beam, middle beam and connecting beam shall not be greater than 0.001 of the length. 4.5 The brush holder should remain horizontal during operation, and the verticality tolerance between the brush holder and the guide rail (in the vertical direction) shall not exceed 3mm. 4.6 Technical requirements for the installation of cathode and anode of electrostatic precipitator with steel brush cleaning device 4.6.1 After the anode plate is installed and adjusted in the electrostatic precipitator, its flatness tolerance shall not exceed 5mm, the flatness tolerance of the anode row after the anode plate is combined shall not exceed 5mm, and the error of the two diagonals shall not exceed 10mm. 4.6.2 The width deviation of the cathode frame after combination is 3mm, the error of the two diagonals of the cathode frame shall not exceed 10mm, and the flatness tolerance of the cathode frame shall not exceed 5mm.
4.6.3 Other technical requirements for cathode and anode shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of JB5910. 4.7 The steel brush cleaning device shall be no less than 16,000h from the start of the operation of the electrostatic precipitator to the first overhaul. 4.8 The shell structure of the electrostatic precipitator equipped with a steel brush cleaning device shall meet the strength and rigidity requirements after adding the steel brush cleaning device. 5 Test methods and inspection rules
5.1 Test methods
5.1.1 The beams of each part of the brush holder (end beams, connecting beams, and intermediate beams) should be assembled before leaving the factory and at the electrostatic precipitator installation site to check the flatness of the brush holder. The inspection tool can be a level ruler to ensure that the flatness of the brush holder is not greater than 0.001 of the length. 5.1.2 Before leaving the factory, the cathode steel brush should be tested by passing through the cathode horizontally 100 times to check the consolidation of the bristles, the elasticity of the compression spring, and the ability of the cotter pin to control the spring.
5.1.3 The steel brush cleaning device should be tested for flexible operation and no jamming. The brush holder should run smoothly and be qualified if it runs up and down 10 times without any fault.
5.2 Inspection rules
5.2.1 The steel brush cleaning device is shipped together with other parts of the electrostatic precipitator. During the inspection, it shall be inspected in accordance with the requirements of this standard and the contract. Unqualified parts are allowed to be repaired once. Those that are still unqualified after repair shall be treated as unqualified products. 5.2.2 All parts and components of the steel brush cleaning device must be inspected and accepted before they can be installed. 5.2.3 Inspection items and requirements shall be in accordance with the contract or relevant documents. 6 Marking, transportation, and storage of parts
shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of JB5910.
7 Transportation
shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of JB5910.
8 Purchase and storage of parts
shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of JB5910.
