Transformer multi-function protection device poly-functionprotectursFortransformery A protection device for transformers is a protection device used for transformers. It combines the gas level release, power protection and temperature control of small transformers into a protective system. When the gas temperature in the transformer tank reaches a certain value, the gas contact of the protection device will act immediately: a warning signal is issued or the power supply of the power system is automatically cut off. 3.2
Contact capacity contactpower
The ability of an electrical contact to cut off current under a specified voltage. 1 Product model
The product model and designation shall comply with the requirements of 13/T3837, and the following provisions shall comply with the requirements of JB/T10428—2004
Example: The product model of a protective device with two-way valve is QYW-2, 5 Technical requirements
5.1 Basic requirements
5.t.1 The protective device shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the approved product drawings and technical documents. 5.1.2 The protective device shall be equipped with a device for taking in air, sampling oil, and releasing air; a floating plate for checking the oil level and the accumulated gas; and a wiring for the protective transfer lead. 5.2 Conditions of use
Ambient temperature: -45℃---50℃

The connections between the protection device and the contacts to the ground should be able to withstand the working voltage V for 1 min. There should be no breakdown or flashover between the switch points. Other insulation should also be free of breakdown or flashover. 6.5 Action characteristics of protection device
5.5.1 When the gas accumulated in the transformer oil reaches 165ml, the protection device should be able to quickly send out an alarm signal, and the oil surface can be clearly seen: the gas volume difference does not exceed 10m3. 5.5.2 When the pressure in the transformer oil box rises to the specified value of the protection device pressure, the protection device will quickly send out a trip signal. The set pressure and the actual action force are within the requirements of Table 2. Table 2 sets the set pressure limit adjustment switch. TB/T10428—2004 5.5.3 When the internal pressure value of the transformer tank rises to the set pressure of the protection device, the action response of the protection device should not exceed the requirements of Table 3. 5.5.4 The setting temperature range of the thermostat inside the protection device is 3-120. Here, any value can be set according to the requirements of the transformer. When the humidity in the transformer oil layer reaches the specified value of the protection device, the contacts of the thermostat will be activated to issue a temporary alarm. When the set temperature range is 1, the deviation from the actual temperature when the contact is in action is greater than 4°C; when the set temperature range is 1°C, the deviation from the actual temperature when the contact is in action is less than 2°C. 5.5 The surface temperature indicator range of the protective device is 30~120°C (the temperature level of the protective device is 1.5°C). 5.6 The protection level of the protective device is generally 55°C if there is no special requirement. If there are special requirements, they shall be negotiated and determined when ordering. The sealing performance of the protective device is that when the finished product is filled with transformer oil, it can withstand the sealing test of 10Pa under the conditions specified in the table. When the transformer oil is filled with transformer oil, the high-pressure transformer oil can be replaced by air wet coal sweeping during the type test. ) Normal production of relays at least five years to carry out a type test. ) In other cases, new products need to have two units for type test. The product source is from a batch of products, and the number of units is less than 7. Test method
7.1 Insulation performance test
7.1.1 Test between contact terminals
Ground one contact: Then apply 2kT voltage between the contacts for 1min. There is no penetration. The contacts of each group of contacts are tested separately. 7.1.2 Contact terminal to ground test
Short-circuit all terminals and apply 2kV high frequency voltage to ground (case) for 1mis. No high breakdown or flashover is allowed.
7.2 Contact breakdown and service life test
According to 5.3 specification, the terminals are subjected to inductive load for a recommended period of time not more than 5×10s. When the circuit current in the DC circuit is adjusted to the working current at the working standard, the contact can be reliably opened and closed for less than 10%. There is no burning phenomenon on the contact surface and it is qualified.
If the contact is connected to the AC circuit, under the working voltage and current specified in 5.3, adjust the circuit parameters so that the power factor is less than 10. The contact opens and closes for no less than 1 time, and there is no burning phenomenon on the contact surface and it is qualified. - In this case, the protective cover can be installed on the part of the special test device filled with transformer oil, and then the transparent body of the transformer can be lowered. When measuring, open the test device and the lower part of the test device, and the oil in the transparent protective device will slowly drop (the outflowing oil is measured by the oil level), and the small slider floating on the corresponding side will drop with the oil level. When the oil level drops to the surface of the float, the large float will start to move down: when the large float reaches the positioning point, the magnetic field in the large float will attract the tongue at the bottom of the cavity, and the oil discharge door will be closed, and the oil in the empty cylinder will be released as gas. This volume shall comply with the provisions of 5.5.1: 7.4 Force setting test
The protective device shall be equipped with a special test device for the test: adjust the pre-set time, and slowly fill the test bag with compressed air. When the switch contacts of the protective device are subjected to force, take the value of the dynamometer according to the actual situation.
