This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, as well as packaging, marking, transportation and storage of fluorescent brightener DT. This standard applies to fluorescent brightener DT formed by the condensation of o-amino-p-cresol and DL-malic acid. 4.2.1 Materials and instruments

Treat at 70~80℃ for 10min, take out, wash, squeeze and set aside. 4.2.3 Preparation of fluorescent whitening agent DT suspension Weigh 0.250g (accurate to 0.0005g) of powdered fluorescent whitening agent DT standard sample and 1.000g (accurate to 0.0005) of slurry fluorescent whitening agent DT sample, respectively, and place them in a 400mL beaker, add a small amount of water to make a slurry, then add 200mL of water, stir well to make it completely and evenly dispersed, then pour into a 1000mL volumetric flask, dilute to the scale, shake well and set aside. 4.2.4 Preparation of dye bath

4.2.5 Dyeing
After preparing the dye bath as mentioned above, adjust the pH value to 5-6 with acetic acid and sodium acetate solution, then pour the fabrics into the dye jars in order of number, move the dye jars into the high-temperature pressure dyeing machine, cover and seal it for dyeing. During automatic stirring, heat up and raise the temperature to .130℃ (pressure is 170Pa (1.7~1.8kg/cm2)) within 30min, keep the temperature and continue dyeing for 40min, stop heating, and slowly exhaust all the steam in the dyeing machine, then open the dyeing machine cover, take out the dyed sample, wash it thoroughly with water, squeeze it dry and iron it. 4.2.6 Evaluation of whitening intensity and color light
Perform according to the relevant provisions of GB/T2374
4.3 Determination of particle fineness
Perform according to the provisions of HG/T 2-1121,
5 Inspection rules
5.1 Sampling method
5.1.1 Select 10% of the barrels from each batch (taking the uniform product as a batch) for sampling, and at least 3 barrels for small batches. Carefully clean the dust on the cover to prevent impurities from falling into the product. 5.1.2 Shake well before sampling, then use the sampler to sample, mix the sample evenly, take out about 300 pieces, put them in two clean and dry ground-mouth bottles, seal them with wax, and label them with the manufacturer name, product name, quantity, sampling date, and batch number. Send them to the inspection department for inspection. 5.2 Factory Inspection
HG/T·56-93
The fluorescent whitening agent DT shall be inspected by the technical inspection department of the factory. The factory shall ensure that all products shipped out of the factory meet the requirements of this standard. Each batch of products shall have a quality inspection certificate in a certain format and the number of this standard. 5.3 User Acceptance
The user unit may inspect the fluorescent whitening agent DT received according to the provisions of this standard to check whether it meets the requirements of this standard.
5.4 Re-inspection
If one of the indicators in the inspection results does not meet the requirements of this standard, re-samples shall be taken from the packaging of twice the amount for re-inspection. Even if only one indicator in the re-inspection results does not meet the requirements of this standard, the whole batch of products cannot be accepted. 5.5 Arbitration
When the two parties to the screening have disputes over the quality of the products and bring them to arbitration, the arbitration institution may be selected by agreement between the two parties; during arbitration, the inspection method specified in this standard shall be used for inspection.
6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
6.1 Each barrel should be firmly marked, including: manufacturer name, product name, trademark, standard number, date of manufacture, batch number, net weight and "qualified\ etc. sample"
6.2 The product is packaged in a dry and clean plastic barrel, and the barrel cover must be tightly closed. 6.3 In the transportation, it should be prevented from being inverted, exposed to the sun, collided and frozen. 6.4 The product should be stored in a cool, dry, ventilated and frost-proof warehouse.
