MT/T 676—1997 This standard is proposed by the Department of Science, Technology and Education of the Ministry of Coal Industry. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Technical Committee for Standardization of Coal Mine Special Equipment of the Ministry of Coal Industry. This standard was drafted by the Taiyuan Branch of the China Coal Research Institute. The main drafter of this standard is Tian Guoxiang. This standard is interpreted by the Tunneling Machinery Branch of the Technical Committee for Standardization of Coal Mine Special Equipment. 295 Coal Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Structure and parameters of the idler rollers for boom roadheaders This standard specifies the basic structure, parameters and technical requirements of the idler rollers for boom roadheaders. This standard applies to the idler rollers for the crawler mechanism of boom roadheaders (hereinafter referred to as roadheaders). 2 Referenced standards MT/T 676--1997 The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised, and parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. MT238-91 General technical conditions for cantilevered roadheaders 3 Basic structure 3.1 Figure 1 is a basic structural diagram of the supporting roller for roadheaders. It should include: a rotatable housing 1, a sliding bearing 2, a refueling port 3, a seal 4 and a support shaft 5, etc. Figure 1 Basic structure of supporting rollers 3.2 The supporting rollers must have reliable seals. The sealing form of the supporting rollers for roadheaders should preferably use mechanical floating seals. 3.3 The rollers shall be reliably lubricated. The oil filling port may be designed on the rotating housing or at the end of the supporting shaft. 3.4 The diameter of the rollers in the middle of the supporting length is generally small to accommodate the protruding part of the crawler chain to pass smoothly during operation. Approved by the Ministry of Coal Industry of the People's Republic of China on December 30, 1997 296 Implemented on June 1, 1998 4 Basic parameters MT/T 676—1997 The width L, outer diameter D, and diameter D2 of the mechanical floating seal of the roadheader shall be compatible with the track shoe width series B. See Table 1 for basic parameters. Table 1 Basic parameters of rollers Track plate width B Roller width L Roller outer diameter Dwww.bzxz.net Mechanical floating seal outer diameter D2 5 Technical requirements 5.1 The rollers and their components for the roadheader shall have sufficient strength, and each roller shall be able to withstand no less than 50% of the weight of the roadheader. 5.2 The material of the roller housing should be high-strength alloy steel, and ZG55SiMn and 40Mn2 are recommended. The contact surface with the track plate should be hardened, and its hardness is generally HRC45-55. 5.3 The roller seal should be installed and adjusted correctly. If it is a mechanical floating seal, the friction surface of the sealing ring should be in normal contact, and the sealing ring rubber ring should not be twisted. 5.4 After the installation and commissioning of the sliding bearings and the seal support shaft of the roller housing, the housing should be able to rotate flexibly without blocking or oil leakage. 5.5 Lubricating grease should be added to the supporting roller according to regulations. If it is a mechanical floating seal, it is advisable to use engine oil for lubrication. Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
