3.0.1 The sealing surface types of flange covers are raised face (RF), grooved face (MFM), grooved face (TG), full plane (FF) and ring joint face (RJ). The size and selection shall be in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 6 and Chapter 8 of HG20592. The sealing surface center size and f of the raised, grooved and grating flange covers are included in the flange thickness C. The height E of the boss of the ring-connected threaded cover is not included in the flange thickness. 3.0.2 The applicable pressure and diameter ranges of flange covers of various sealing surface types shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 3.0.2.
