JB/T 6664.11993 This standard applies to self-priming pumps (hereinafter referred to as pumps) with a flow rate of 2~200m/h, a head of 8~100m, and a matching power of 0.25kW and above. Cited Standards GB3216 GB6956 JB/T 6664.2 3Terms Terms of Centrifugal Pumps, Mixed Flow Pumps, Axial Flow Pumps and Vortex Pumps Sprinkler Machinery Technical Conditions for Self-priming Pumps General terms for self-priming pumps shall comply with the provisions of GB6956. 3.1 Self-priming Height The geometric height from the static liquid surface to the center line of the pump inlet, in meters. 3.2 Specified Self-priming Height Test Method Under specified test conditions, the pump does not produce cavitation when operating at the specified operating point, ensuring the self-priming height achieved, in meters. 3.3 Self-priming Time Under specified test conditions, the time required for the pump to continuously operate from the start to the pump outlet to continuously output liquid, in seconds. 3.4 Specified self-priming time The self-priming time measured at the specified self-priming height, in seconds. 4 Types According to the type of power machine supporting the pump, it can be divided into: Self-priming pump supporting electric motor; Self-priming pump supporting diesel engine. According to the structure of the pump to achieve the self-priming function, it can be divided into: internal mixing type; External mixing type; Water ring wheel type; Other types. 4.3 Transmission and steering The transmission mode can be divided into: Direct drive (including coaxial); Belt drive. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry on June 4, 1993 Implemented on January 1, 1994 Direction of rotation JB/T 6664.11993 The impeller of a self-priming pump with direct drive rotates counterclockwise from the impeller inlet direction; the impeller of a self-priming pump with belt drive rotates clockwise from the impeller inlet direction. 5 Model 5.1 Model indication method The pump model consists of uppercase Latin letters and Arabic numerals, and its meaning is as follows: ZB Matching power machine type: C indicates diesel engine (can be omitted); D indicates the rated (standard) power of the matching power machine of the electric motor (keep one decimal place when matching diesel engine), kW Specified head, m Self-priming pump Nominal diameter of pump inlet, mm 5.2 Marking example The nominal diameter of the pump inlet is 50mm, the specified head is 25m, and the matching power machine is a self-priming pump with a rated power of 2.94kW diesel engine. Its mark is: 50ZB25-2.9C 6 Basic parameters 6.1 Under the conditions specified in JB/T6664.2, the basic parameters of the pump when conveying normal temperature clean water: the self-priming pump matched with the diesel engine shall comply with the provisions of Table 1; the self-priming pump matched with the motor shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. 6.2 When the basic parameters such as the flow rate, head or speed of the pump do not comply with the provisions of Table 1 and Table 2, other parameters shall comply with the following provisions. 6.2.1 The specified efficiency of the pump shall not be lower than the calculated value obtained based on Figure 1 (or Table 3) and Figure 2 (or Table 4). The specified critical NPSH value of the pump shall not be greater than the specified value of the pump with the same (or similar) head and specific speed in Table 1 and Table 2. 6.2.2 6.2.3 The power reserve coefficient of the power machine supporting the pump should be between 1.1 and 1.4, and the upper limit value should be taken for the motor. 6.2.4 The specified self-priming height of the pump should not be less than the specified value of the pump with the same (or similar) head and flow specified in Table 1 and Table 2; the specified self-priming time should not be greater than the specified value of the pump with the same (or similar) head and flow specified in Table 1 and Table 2. 6.2.5 Other technical requirements of the pump should comply with the provisions of JB/T6664.2.
