JB/T 7047-1999 This standard is a revision of JB/T 7047-93 "Vibration (acceleration) technical conditions for rolling bearings and deep groove ball bearings". The following modifications have been made: - The diameter series has been modified accordingly according to the provisions of GB/T 272-1993; - The corresponding vibration values ​​have been added; the vibration values ​​corresponding to each diameter series have been supplemented; - Editorial modifications have been made according to relevant regulations. This standard specifies the vibration (acceleration) technical conditions for deep groove ball bearings whose outer dimensions conform to the 0, 2, and 3 diameter series in GB/T 276-1993 "Outer dimensions of rolling bearings and deep groove ball bearings", the nominal inner diameter is 3~120mm, and the radial clearance conforms to the 0 group clearance in GB/T 4640-1993 "Radial clearance of rolling bearings". This standard Z group is the basic requirement for general-purpose bearings, which is selected for production inspection of finished bearings by bearing manufacturers, and "Z" is not marked on the bearings. The Z1, Z2, Z3 and Z4 groups are suitable for production inspection of bearings by manufacturers and acceptance by users. This standard is a revision of JB/7047-93 "Specification of vibration (acceleration) for deep groove ball bearings". 4 Technical requirements
4.1 For deep groove ball bearings with inner diameters of 3~60mm and diameter series 0, 2, and 3, the vibration acceleration level of a single bearing shall comply with the requirements of Table 1. 4.2 For deep groove ball bearings with an inner diameter of 65~120mm and diameter series 0, 2, and 3, the vibration acceleration level of a single bearing shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. 5.1 The vibration measurement method for deep groove ball bearings with an inner diameter of 10~120mm shall comply with the relevant provisions of JB/T5314. The vibration measurement method of deep groove ball bearings with an inner diameter of 3 to 9 mm shall be in accordance with the provisions of Appendix A (Appendix to the standard). 5.2 For deep groove ball bearings with dust covers or seals, the dust covers or seals shall be measured after installation. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 When a single bearing (referring to any set of bearings in the sample) is tested in accordance with the provisions of this standard, if its vibration acceleration level is greater than the provisions of Table 1 or Table 2, the product is unqualified. 6.2 When assessing the vibration of bearings batch by batch, the qualified quality level AQL value shall be 1.5 in accordance with GB/T2828, and the general inspection level II shall be used, and the normal inspection one-time sampling plan shall be adopted.

Measurement method
A1 The vibration measurement method for deep groove ball bearings with an inner diameter of 3~9mm is as follows: a) The spindle speed is 1500r/min±30r/min; b) The tolerance of the mandrel matched with the inner diameter of the bearing is 5: c) The synthetic axial load applied to the stationary outer ring of the measured bearing shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table A1, with an error of ±3N; d) The mass of the vibration transmitting rod shall be 21g±1g, and the shape and size of the vibration transmitting rod shall comply with the provisions of Figure AI; e) Other requirements shall be in accordance with the provisions of JB/T5314.
