Some standard content:

HG/T 2862—1997
This standard is based on the quality requirements of various users for antioxidant BLE products. The original standard has been modified appropriately, and the product grades have been increased from one grade in the original standard to two grades, first-class products and qualified products. The viscosity index has also been adjusted accordingly. This standard replaces HG2-1483-1983 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed by the Technical Supervision Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of Shanxi Chemical Research Institute. The responsible drafting unit of this standard: Shanghai Rubber Additive Factory. The main drafters of this standard: Zhang Huijuan, Zhao Zhongli. This standard was first issued on January 1, 1984. 373

This standard specifies the requirements, sampling, test methods, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of antioxidant BI,E. This standard is applicable to the product of condensation of acetone and diamine under normal pressure and high temperature - antioxidant BI.E. 2 Cited Standards
The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised. Parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. 5. 1 ~ 7. 0
1. 08~1.12
4.2 Samples are taken when the product is discharged. The sample volume is not less than 100mL. Use a tall beaker and paste a label on the cup. Indicate the product name, batch number, and sampling date.
4.3 If one of the test results does not meet the standard requirements, samples should be selected from twice the amount of packaging for re-inspection. If only one of the re-inspection results does not meet the requirements of this standard, the entire batch of products will be unqualified. 4.4 The user unit shall select samples of equal amount from 10% of the packaging barrels (boxes) of the received products. When the quantity is small, it should not be less than three barrels (boxes). The sampling volume shall not be less than 400mL.
4.4.1 When sampling in a packaging barrel, use a clean and dry sampling tube to go deep into the barrel and evenly sample. Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on March 11, 1997 374
Implementation on January 1, 1998
HG/T 2862-- 1997
4.4.2 When sampling in a packaging box, small packages in the box should be randomly selected. 5 Test method
The water used in the analysis of this standard (except the water in the water bath) refers to the third-grade water specified in GB/T6682. 5.1 Appearance
The sample in the sampling beaker should be a dark brown viscous body without crystal precipitation. 5.2 Determination of viscosity
The viscosity should be measured according to GB/T1409.8, and the temperature should be 30℃. 5.3 Determination of density
5.3.1 Instruments and equipment
5.3.1.1 Pycnometer, with a thermometer with 0.2-minute scale or capillary holes on the stopper, with a volume of 10mL~50mL5.3.1.2 Constant temperature water solution: the temperature is controlled at 0.1℃. 5.3.2 Determination of sample
Fill a clean and dry pycnometer with distilled water that has been boiled and cooled to 20°C. No bubbles should be allowed to enter. After filling, immediately immerse it in a constant temperature water bath at 20°C ± 0.1°C and let it stand for 15min to 20min. Then take it out and remove the water overflowing from the pores with filter paper. After finger drying, weigh it (accurate to 0.0002mm). Pour the water in the pycnometer, wash it with acetone several times, blow it dry and weigh it. Replace the water with the sample and perform the same operation as above. The mass of the sample is obtained.
5.3.3 Expression of analysis results
The density (g) is calculated according to formula (1):
2—m:
Where: p——density of water (20°C), g/em, m.-mass of pycnometer, g.
-mass of pycnometer and sample·mm
-mass of pycnometer and water, g.
5.3.4 Allowable difference
The difference between the parallel determination results shall not exceed 10.002 g/cm\. The arithmetic mean of the parallel determination results shall be taken as the determination result. 5.4 Determination of volatile matter
5.4.1 Instruments and equipment
5.4.1.1 Flat weighing bottle: diameter 45 mm5.4.1.2 Vacuum desiccator: filled with silica gel. 5.4.1.3 Vacuum recorder.
5.4.2 Determination of volatile matter
Use an analytical balance to weigh about 2 g of sample (accurate to 0.0002 g), place it in a flat weighing bottle that has been previously dried to constant weight by vacuum pump, put it in a vacuum desiccator, use a vacuum pump to evacuate for 2 h, and weigh it. During the determination, the vacuum degree of the vacuum desiccator is maintained below 0.098 MPa.
5.4.3 Expression of analytical results
The volatile matter X expressed as mass percentage is calculated according to formula (2): X = m2 = mi × 100
Wu Zhong: ma-
Mass of the sample and weighing bottle before evacuation, g!Mass of the sample and weighing bottle after evacuation, nominal; mass of the sample, standard.

5. 4. 4 Tolerance
HG/T 28·62-1997
The difference between the results of parallel determinations shall not exceed 0.02%. The arithmetic mean of the parallel determination results shall be taken as the determination result. 5. 5 Determination of ash content
The determination shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T11409.7, and the ignition temperature shall be 700~800℃. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation, purchase and storage
6.1 There shall be firm and clear markings on the packaging barrels or boxes of antioxidant BLE, including: manufacturer name, product name, trademark, grade, net weight, production date and the number of this standard.
Each batch of products leaving the factory shall be accompanied by a quality certificate, including: manufacturer name, product name, trademark, category, grade, net weight, production date and the number of this standard. The product quality shall be in accordance with this standard. Standard requirements. 6.2 Antioxidant BIL.E adopts two packaging methods. 6.2.1 Small packages are packed in cardboard boxes, and the inner packaging is packed in two layers of polyethylene plastic bags. Each small bag is then divided into several large bags with polyethylene plastic bags.
6.2.2 Iron drum packaging, the iron drum should be firm and dry, without any impurities, the net weight of each drum is 200kg, and the average deviation should be within the ±2kg range. 6.2.3 When antioxidant HI.F is packed in small packages, the bag mouth is sealed with an edge sealing machine. The net weight of each bag is agreed upon by the manufacturer and the user. When 10 bags are randomly sampled and weighed, the average deviation should be within 10 g range. 6.3 Antioxidant BLE should be covered during transportation to prevent rain, moisture and strong impact to avoid leakage. The small package should not be stacked more than six boxes.
6.4 Antioxidant BLE should be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry place. Keep the package sealed to prevent water and other impurities from penetrating. The small package should not be stacked more than six boxes.
6.5 The shelf life of this product is one year from the date of production. 376
