This standard specifies the type, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of disc diatomite filter. This standard applies to disc diatomaceous earth filters (hereinafter referred to as "products"). The product is a horizontal disc, mobile spray type. That is, the filter disc is installed horizontally and arranged vertically, and the cleaning nozzle moves up and down to spray. 4 Technical requirements
4.1 Basic requirements
4.1.1 The product shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.1.2 Materials, purchased parts, and outsourced parts shall comply with the quality requirements specified in the product technical documents and shall have a quality certificate. Otherwise, the manufacturer shall conduct an inspection and only qualified ones can be used and assembled. 4.1.3 The quality requirements of the product's welded parts, machined parts, cast iron parts and assemblies shall comply with the provisions of GB/T14253. Stainless steel plates shall comply with the provisions of GB/T3280 and GB/T4237. 4.1.4 The design, manufacture and inspection of the filter pulp shall comply with G B150 regulations. 4.1.5 The design pressure of the product is 0.6MPa, and the maximum working pressure is 0.6MPa. 4.2 Working conditions
4.2.1 The liquid to be filtered should meet the following conditions: Approved by China Light Industry Federation on March 27, 1998

a) The solid phase component is less than 5%;

b) The size of the solid phase particles is distributed between millimeters and microns; c) The density of the liquid and solid phases should be close;
d) The boundary between the liquid and solid phases is clear.
4.2.2 When the product is used to filter beer, in addition to meeting 4.2.1, the beer to be filtered should also meet the following conditions: a) The number of yeasts in the beer to be filtered is not more than 3×10/mL; b) The turbidity value of the beer to be filtered is less than 10EBC. 4.2.3 Diatomaceous earth shall comply with the provisions of QB/T2088. 4.2.4 The water used in the filter must be pre-treated, and the solid particles in the water should be at the micron level. 4.3 Manufacturing quality
4.3.1 The pipe welds must meet the requirements of single-sided welding, double-sided molding, and complete and smooth internal and external welds. 4.3.2 The inner and outer surfaces of the tank (including the inner and outer surfaces of the dished head) have consistent processing patterns, and the surface roughness R. is not greater than 1.6um; the outer surface of the pipeline has consistent processing patterns, and the surface roughness R. is not greater than 1.6μm. 4.4 After the product is assembled, the entire system in contact with the filtrate should undergo a system water pressure test. The test pressure is 1.25 times the maximum working pressure, and the pressure must not leak for 1 hour. After the pressure drops to 0.6MPa and the pressure is maintained for 1 hour, the pressure drop is not higher than 0.05MPa. 4.5 The safety valve must be pressure-adjusted to an opening pressure of 0.6MPa. The opening and closing actions of the valve should be sensitive and reliable. After the pressure is adjusted, a lead seal should be added.
4.6 After the system water pressure test, the product should be subjected to a diatomaceous earth pre-coating test and a water filtration test. After each layer of pre-coating, the turbidity value should not be higher than 0.30EBC within 15 minutes; after water filtration, the turbidity value should not be higher than 0.20EBC. 4.7 When filtering actual liquids, the separation effect index EBC should not be greater than 0.50. 4.8 The sound pressure level of the product when running at no load shall not be higher than 85dB(A). 4.9 The rubber seals in contact with the filtrate shall comply with the provisions of GB4807, and the grease and other materials in contact with the filtrate shall comply with the food industry hygiene requirements.
4.10 All connecting threads of the stainless steel piping system shall comply with the provisions of DIN405. 4.11 After the product is assembled, the operation of each moving part should be flexible, stable, and without abnormal phenomena, and the metering addition should be stable and adjustable. 4.12 Various testing instruments and instrumentation devices should be accurate, reliable and sensitive. 4.13 The electrical part of the product should comply with the provisions of GB/T1497. 4.14 Product reliability index
The first overhaul period shall not be less than 6000h.
4.15 Under the condition that the user complies with the installation and use requirements of the product, if the product cannot work normally due to poor manufacturing within 18 months from the date of delivery or within 12 months from the date of installation, the manufacturer shall be responsible for repairing or replacing parts (excluding wearing parts) for the user. 5 Test method
5.1 The appearance quality of welding is checked by visual inspection and shall meet the requirements of 4.3.1. 5.2 The quality of the inner and outer surfaces of the tank is inspected by visual inspection and sample, and shall meet the requirements of 4.3.2. 5.3 System pressure test
Open and close the corresponding valves of the pipeline system to form a system that is closed to the outside (leaving the liquid inlet) and connected to the inside with the filter tank. Open the wine delivery pump to fill the system with clean water (pay attention to exhaust), and close the wine delivery pump. Open the membrane pump, adjust the safety valve, make the pipe pressure gauge pointer stabilize at the test pressure, maintain the pressure for 1 hour, and the system should not leak. Then reduce the pressure to 0.6MPa and maintain the pressure for 1 hour, which should meet the requirements of 4.4. 5.4 After the pressure test is completed, replace the safety valve after the pressure measurement, repeat the 5.3 procedure (only open the wine delivery pump), and adjust the safety valve to meet the requirements of 4.5.
5.5 Pre-coating test and water filtration test
5.5.1 After the whole set of products is assembled, a formal pre-coating test should be carried out, and two pre-coating layers should be completed within 1 hour. After pre-coating, it should meet the requirements of 4.6479

5.5.2 After the product pre-coating is qualified, a whole machine water filtration test should be carried out to meet the requirements of 4.6. 5.6 The product shall be tested for performance at the production site. With actual liquid as the medium and meeting the working conditions of 4.2, after 1 hour of normal startup, the EBC value shall be measured every 20 minutes, and the measurement shall be continuous for 2 hours. The arithmetic mean shall be taken, which shall meet the requirements of 4.7. 5.7 Noise test
The product noise test method shall comply with the provisions of GB/T3768. The measurement position shall be 1m horizontally away from the edge of the machine and 1.2m from the installation height. The test shall be conducted in four directions, front, back, left, and right. The average sound pressure level shall be calculated, which shall meet the requirements of 4.8. 5.8 Operation test
5.8.1 Start the filter disc motor and run it at rated speed for 15 minutes, which shall meet the requirements of 4.11. 5.8.2 Operation test of each system of the product. With water as the medium and the test pressure of 0.55MPa, the stirring, metering addition system, spraying system (water spraying pressure is not more than 0.20MPa), and flow meter shall be tested respectively, which shall meet the requirements of 4.11 and 4.12. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Factory inspection
Products must be inspected by the manufacturer's quality department according to the provisions of 4.3~~4.6 and 5.8. Only qualified products can be shipped. A certificate of conformity should be provided when leaving the factory.
6.2 Type inspection
Type inspection shall be conducted in any of the following cases: a) when a new product or old product is transferred to another factory for production; b) after formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; c) when a product is resumed after being discontinued for two years; d) when the results of the export inspection are significantly different from those of the last type inspection; e) when the national quality supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement. 6.2.1 The items of type inspection shall be inspected in accordance with all the items specified in the technical requirements of this standard. 6.2.2 Simple random sampling shall be conducted in accordance with the following provisions: for batches of 1 to 30 units, 1 unit shall be sampled; for batches of 31 to 50 units, 2 units shall be sampled; for batches of 51 to 70 units, 3 units shall be sampled.
6.2.3 Type inspection may be conducted in the user's factory. If all items of type inspection are qualified, they shall be qualified. If there are unqualified items, they shall be re-tested. If they are still unqualified, the batch of products shall not be put into use. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 Marking
Each product shall be fixed with a stainless steel label in a conspicuous position. The label shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306 and include: a) model and name; b) main technical parameters of the product; c) overall dimensions; d) product quality; e) design pressure; f) maximum working pressure; g) factory number; h) date of manufacture; i) manufacturer's name.
7.2 Packaging
7.2.1 Product packaging shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13384. 480

7.2.2 The following technical documents shall be attached to the product when it leaves the factory: a) Product certificate;
b) Product instruction manual,
c) Packing list.
7.3 Transportation
The parts of the product, whether transported as a whole or in pieces, shall be suitable for the requirements of land and water transportation and loading. 7.4 Storage
The product shall be placed in a ventilated, dry and rainproof indoor place. After 6 months of storage, the product shall be unpacked for inspection and, if necessary, the rust shall be removed, anti-corrosion paint shall be applied and the packaging shall be re-applied.
