1 Subject Content and Application Specifications
QB/T 2181-95
This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test and inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of bicycle electric lights (hereinafter referred to as electric lights). This standard applies to the accompanying lights used on general bicycles specified in B1714 Bicycle naming and model manufacturing method. 2 Reference standards GB2825 Batch-by-batch inspection counting sampling procedures and sampling tables (applicable to continuous batch inspection) Weekly inspection counting sampling procedures and sampling tables (applicable to dust production process inspection) GB2825 GB12742 Technical conditions for bicycle testing equipment QB1217 Technical conditions for bicycle chains 3 Terminology 3.1 Grinding machine for lights (or headlights and rear lights), center-mounted cutting covers, and related parts of bicycles: 3.2 The grinding motor is rubbed with the rotating parts of the bicycle (external parts, wheels), and the headlight is illuminated. 3.3 The front light emits white or selective yellow light to the front of the bicycle to indicate that the vehicle is riding on the road and also provides special service to the road. 3.4 The rear light emits red light to the rear of the vehicle to indicate that the vehicle is riding on the road. 4 Product classification
4.1 Classification, code and parts name

5.2 Motor output voltage stability

When the motor runs continuously for 1h at a speed equivalent to 15km/h, its voltage drop should not be less than %% of the rated voltage. 5.3 Continuous operation performance of motor
When the motor is continuously operated for 4 hours at a speed equivalent to 15 km/h, the operating part shall not produce abnormalities. After returning to the normal operating temperature (20 ± 15), its output voltage shall comply with the provisions of 5.1. 5.4 Luminous intensity of lamp
The headlight is connected to the power supply at a distance of 5m from the projection screen. The average luminous intensity of the headlight at each measuring point AB, C, D, and E shall not be less than 1m.
5.5 Impact resistance
After the impact of a steel ball 1m high, the front and back ends of the headlights should be normal and the headlights should be free of cracks, but dents are allowed.
5.6 Impact resistance
After the impact test, the headlight parts should not be loose or fall off, and the output voltage characteristics of the motor should meet the requirements of 5.1.
5.7 Heat resistance
After the quality cycle test, the luminous intensity of the headlights should meet the requirements of 5.4, the output voltage characteristics of the motor should meet the requirements of 5.1, and there should be no cracks on the appearance. 5. Moisture resistance
After the headlights are sprayed with water, the luminous intensity should meet the requirements of 5.4, and the output voltage characteristics of the motor should meet the requirements of 5.1.
5.9 Electricity
5.9.1 The appearance of electric appliances
shall comply with the provisions of Q3/T1217 5.1.1 for Class I parts. 5.9.2 The surface roughness of chain parts
shall comply with the provisions of Q3/T1217 5.2.1, where the lamp holder and headlight are Class I parts and the others are Class II parts. 5.9.3 Plating thickness
9.3.1 The thickness of the coating of chain parts shall comply with the provisions of B/T1217 5.3.1., where the lamp holder and headlight are Class I parts and the others are Class II parts.
5.9.3.2 The coating thickness of plated parts shall comply with the provisions of QF/T1217 5.3.1.2 for Class II parts. 5.9.4 Anti-corrosion capability of the components
The components that meet the requirements of 5.4.1 of Q31217 are the headlight housings of the first class, and the others are the second class. 5.10 Other requirements
The outer surface of the lamp should be smooth and free of defects such as roughness, burrs and obvious scratches. 6 Test methods
The equipment used in the tests of this chapter should meet the requirements of GB12742. 6.1 Test of average output voltage characteristics of the motor

6.2 Test of the output voltage stability of the mill motor
The test method of the mill motor is the same as that of item e. When the mill motor runs continuously at a speed of 15km/h for 1h, observe its voltage stability.
3 Test method of continuous running performance of the mill motor is the same as that of item 6.1. When the motor runs continuously, check whether it runs normally at room temperature for 1m, and then check its output voltage stability: 6.4 Light emission of headlights
In the test, the rated approximately positive wave AC (period 1.0 or 0.1) current power source should be used; h. The illuminance meter should be one with an effective measurement error of less than 2%. The measurement points are shown in the projection screen of Figure 3. Point A is the best point of the light collecting axis and is 5moe away from the bulb. After the light source is passed through for about 1 hour, when its characteristics are basically stable, start measuring the resistance value of each point.
