National Standard of the People's Republic of China Technical requirements of pushbutton dialer with pulseThis standard specifies general requirements for pushbutton dialer with pulse for telephone. This standard applies to pushbutton dialer with pulse for automatic telephone (hereinafter referred to as dialer). Environmental conditions for use: Temperature: 10~40℃ Relative humidity: 45%~95% Air pressure: 86~106kPa 1 Keyboard 1.1 The arrangement of the keys of the rectangular dial is shown in Figure 1.1 1.2 The recommended minimum distance between the key centers of the rectangular dial is 17mm. 3 1.3 The arrangement and spacing of the keys of dials of other shapes shall be specified in the product technical conditions. 1.4 The "*" key and the "#" key are function keys. 1.5 When setting keys, an identification mark should be added to the "\5" key. 1.6 The pressing force of the key should be 1.2±0.6N, and the stroke should not exceed 3.5mm. 1.7 The writing on the key should be clear and eye-catching, and the font proportions should be coordinated. 2 Electrical performance When the number plate sends a number, the number of pulses sent should be the same as the number pressed (pressing "0\ should send 10 pulses). 2.1- 2.2 The pulse rate, intermittent ratio and time interval between two adjacent pulses of the number plate are shown in Table 1. Table 1 Pulse rate, s1 Pulse interruption ratio Time interval between two adjacent pulses, ms GB 9033---8 (1.6±0.2):1 or (2+0.2):1 2.3 When the number of the disk is issued, the circuit connection resistance and disconnection resistance are specified in the product technical conditions. 2.4 Under normal atmospheric conditions, the disk should withstand a sinusoidal AC voltage with a frequency of 50Hz and an effective value of 500V for 1min without arcing and + Approved by the Ministry of Electronics Industry of the People's Republic of China on March 2, 1988 and implemented on October 1, 1988 2.5 Under normal atmospheric conditions, the insulation resistance of the disk should be not less than 500MQ. 3 Lifespan After each key of the No. 4.1 disk is used 5×105 times, it shall meet the requirements of 2.1 and 2.2. 4 Basic environmental adaptability 4.1 disk shall meet the requirements of 2.1 and 2.2 at low temperature of -10°C and high temperature of 40°C. 4.2 disk shall meet the requirements of 2.1 and 2.2 after being stored at -40°C and 55°C and restored under normal atmospheric conditions. 4.3 disk shall have no mechanical damage and structural looseness after being subjected to sweep vibration with a frequency range of 10~55Hz and a displacement amplitude of 0.35mm, and shall meet the requirements of 2.1 and 2.2. 4.4 disk shall have no mechanical damage and structural looseness after being collided with a peak acceleration value of 100m/s° and a pulse duration of 16ms. And it should meet the requirements of 2.1 and 2.2. www.bzxz.net 4.5 plate at a temperature of 40C and a relative humidity of 90% to 95%, the insulation resistance should be no less than 50M2, the metal parts should be free of rust, and it should meet the requirements of 2.1 and 2.2.
