Subject Content and Scope of Application
This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of prism transflective two-color liquid level gauges.
This standard applies to the prism transflective two-color liquid level gauge with a nominal pressure of 2.5MPa, which is composed of the main body, prism, pressure plate, and light window (or electric light source) (hereinafter referred to as the liquid level gauge): Reference standards

3.2 Classification
3.2.1 Liquid level gauges are divided into the following types according to the light source:

4.1 The performance of the level gauge shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the product drawings and technical documents approved in the prescribed procedures. 4.2 The appearance quality and physical and chemical properties of the prism shall comply with the provisions of QB776. 4.3 The protective paint on the metal surface shall be free of obvious bubbles, flow marks, scratches, etc. 4.4 The bottle level gauge shall use two clearly distinguished colors to represent the liquid and gas phases respectively. When observed directly in front of the display surface of the level gauge, the natural light source type is at 15m: the electric light source type is at 30m, and the liquid and gas phase display colors are clear: the interface is clear 4.5 The level gauge shall be able to withstand a 3.8MPa water pressure test at room temperature for 3m without leakage or damage. 4.6 For the level gauge with air tightness requirements, an air tightness test shall be performed after the water pressure test. The level gauge shall be able to withstand a test pressure of 2.8MPa at room temperature for 3mi without leakage or damage. 4.7 The heater of the steam-heated and heat-insulated level gauge shall be able to withstand a 0.9MPa water pressure test at room temperature for 3mi without leakage or damage.
4.8 The valve of the level gauge should have a safety protection device. When the medium pressure in the level gauge is not less than 0.5MPa, the medium shall not spray out when the glass suddenly breaks (dripping is allowed).
4.9 For electric light source level gauge, the insulation resistance between the light source power line and the ground (level gauge housing) shall not be less than 20M0.4.10 The voltage of the light source of the electric light source level gauge fluctuates within the range specified in the above table, and the light source shall be able to start normally. 4.11 Anti-transport performance
4.11.1 Continuous impact
After the continuous impact test under the packaging condition, the level gauge shall meet the requirements of 4.4~4.10. 4

4.11.2 Free fall
The liquid level meter shall be subjected to four consecutive free fall tests at a height of 250mm under packaging conditions. The results shall meet the requirements of 4.4~4.10.
5 Test method
5.1 Prism appearance inspection and physical and chemical performance test The appearance quality and physical and chemical properties of the prism shall be tested according to the method specified in QB776. The results shall meet the requirements of 4.2. 5.2 Appearance inspection
The appearance inspection shall be conducted by visual inspection and touch. The results shall meet the requirements of 4.3. 5.3 Display effect inspection
Fill the liquid level gauge with medium at room temperature and inspect it by visual inspection. The results shall meet the requirements of 4.4. 5.4 Pressure test
The installed level gauge must be subjected to a water pressure test. The water pressure test is carried out at room temperature. The accuracy grade of the pressure gauge should not be lower than Grade 1.5, and its range should be 1.5 to 3 times of the test pressure. The water pressure is gradually increased to 3.8MPa and the pressure is maintained for 3 minutes. The result should meet the requirements of 4.5. 5.5 Air tightness testbzxz.net
The air tightness test is carried out at room temperature. The accuracy grade of the pressure gauge should not be lower than Grade 1.5, and its range should be 1.5 to 3 times of the test pressure. Increase the pressure gradually to 2.8MPa for 3min. The result should meet the requirements of 4.6. 5.6 For the heater of steam-heated insulation level gauge, the water pressure test shall be carried out in accordance with the method specified in 5.4. The result should meet the requirements of 4.7. 5.7 Safety protection performance test
Install the chest door of the level gauge on the test bench, close the sampling plug, open the wave valve, inject water into the valve and pressurize it to 0.5MPa, then suddenly open the sampling plug. The result should meet the requirements of 4.8. 5.8 Insulation resistance test
Use a megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance between the power line of the bean level meter light source and the ground. The result should meet the requirements of 4.9. 5.9 Power supply voltage fluctuation test
Use a 2.0-level AC voltmeter to test the power supply voltage fluctuation range of the electric light source type level meter. The result should meet the requirements of 4.10. 5.10 Anti-transport performance test
The anti-transport performance test shall be carried out in accordance with ZBY002. The result shall meet the requirements of 4.44.10. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Factory inspection
Before leaving the factory, each product shall be inspected and tested according to 4.3~4.10 requirements for inspection, the product after the inspection department inspection will fill in the certificate, 6.2 Type inspection
62.1 Any of the following conditions, should be subject to type inspection: a. When the product needs to be identified and transferred to the factory for production; b. When the national labor safety supervision department and the national quality supervision agency propose to conduct type inspection
Type inspection shall be carried out in accordance with 5.2~5.10, and the results shall comply with 4.3~4.10 provisions. 6.2.2 This product is a batch of 500 sections, and 15 sections are randomly inspected. If less than one batch, 3% of the total amount to be inspected shall be randomly inspected (the minimum number of random inspections is 3 sections). If all inspection items are qualified, the batch of products is qualified. If there are unqualified items, double sampling of the unqualified items shall be carried out for inspection: if there are still unqualified items, the batch of products shall be unqualified. 7.1 Marking
7.1.1 Product nameplate mark
Fix the nameplate in a conspicuous position on the product. The nameplate shall include the following contents: product name, model;
nominal pressure;
medium leakage;
manufacture date and production number:
manufacturing name.
7.1.2 Packaging mark
The product number, name, code, manufacturer name and address shall be marked on the packaging box. The packaging storage and transportation graphic mark and the transportation packaging delivery and receipt mark shall be marked in accordance with the provisions of GB191 and GB6388: handle with care, be afraid of moisture, upward icon and delivery and receipt address and unit. 7.2 Packaging
7.2.1 Packaging should be carried out according to the packaging drawings and instructions formulated by the manufacturer: The main engine and spare parts packaging should be firm and reliable, and should ensure that they are intact during transportation and storage.
1.2.2 The documents provided with the product packaging should include: a. Product instruction manual
b. Product certificate;
c. Packing list.
7.3 Transportation
During transportation, the product should be protected from severe impact and rain. 7.4 Storage
The product should be stored in a ventilated environment without corrosive gas, with an allowable temperature of 40-45℃ and a relative humidity of no more than 90% under packaging conditions.
