4.7 Station layout
In the water bodies of coastal tourist resorts, the total number of water environment element monitoring stations set up shall not be less than 6. The stations should be evenly distributed throughout the water body of the coastal tourist resort, including the stations with the highest density of tourists and the peripheral points susceptible to external pollution. (2-3) sections can be set up, and (3-8) measuring stations should be set up in each section. The direction of the section should be perpendicular to the main tidal direction or the coast, and the main section should be set at the place with the highest density of tourists.
4.8 Monitoring period
Northern region: The monitoring period for coastal tourist resorts north of Zhejiang (including Zhejiang) is from April 24 to October 7; Southern region: The monitoring period for coastal tourist resorts south of Fujian (including Fujian) is from March 24 to October 30. 4.9 Monitoring frequency

The environmental index of coastal tourist resorts includes sun protection index, water quality index and sea surface condition index. Special leisure and sightseeing activity (sports) index includes submarine sightseeing index, marine sightseeing index, seashore sightseeing index, swimming index, marine leisure activity index, beach entertainment index and sea fishing index. 4
5.2 Sun protection index
5.2.1 Characteristic elements and scoring
HY/T127—2010
Three characteristic elements, namely total cloud cover, geographical location of coastal tourist resorts and month, are used as the judgment factors for judging the sun protection index of coastal tourist resorts. The classification standards and scoring of each element are shown in Table 2. Table 2 Classification standards and scoring of sun protection feature elements Feature index and scoring
Total cloud cover (percent)
Geographical location
Area north of 35°N
11,12,1
5.2.2 Calculation of sun protection index
The sun protection index is calculated by the factor addition method: Where:
Sun protection index;
Spi—the score of total cloud cover;
Area between 30°N and 35°N
Area between 25°N and 30°N
SP=Sp1+Sp2+Sps
Sp2———the score of the geographical location of the coastal tourist resort; Sp: the score of the month.
5.2.3 Classification
Areas between 20°N and 25°N
Areas south of 20°N
5,6,7,8
(1)
The sun protection factor classification is based on 5.2.2, the sun protection index calculated by formula (1), and can also be determined according to the ultraviolet index. The classification standards and corresponding grade descriptions are shown in Table 3.
Sun Protection Index
Ultraviolet
Ultraviolet
Radiation Intensity
Grading Description of Sun Protection Index
Grade Description
Ultraviolet radiation intensity is weak, and generally no protective measures are required when conducting outdoor activities; if outdoor activities are carried out for a long time, it is recommended to apply sunscreen skin care products with an SPF of 8 to 12
Ultraviolet radiation intensity is average, and anti-frost can be applied appropriately when conducting outdoor activities. It is recommended to apply anti-frost with an SPF of 12 to 15. The ultraviolet radiation intensity of sunscreen skin care products is very strong. When engaging in outdoor activities, you should pay attention to protection. It is recommended to wear protective sticks and sunglasses, and apply sunscreen skin care products with SPF higher than 15 and PA 10. The ultraviolet radiation intensity is very strong. When engaging in outdoor activities, you should strengthen protection. It is recommended to wear protective hats and sunglasses, and apply sunscreen skin care products with SPF between 15 and 20 and PA 10. The ultraviolet radiation intensity is extremely strong, and it is not suitable for long-term outdoor activities; if you engage in outdoor activities, it is recommended to wear protective hats and sunglasses, and apply sunscreen skin care products with SPF above 20 and PA 10.
The calculation method of the ultraviolet index is based on the provisions of QX/T87. Note 1: SPF (Sun Protection Factor), also known as the sun protection factor, indicates the level of sun protection effect that sunscreen products can play. Note 2: PA is an indicator of the degree of protection against ultraviolet rays. PA 10 means effective, and PA 10 means quite effective. 5
HY/T1272010
5.3 Water Quality Index
5.3.1 Calculation Method of Average Value of Monitoring Data of Each Station If there are multiple monitoring stations in the monitoring sea area, the measurement result of a certain monitoring element shall be represented by the arithmetic mean value of the measurement results of the element at each station. If there is a sewage outlet in the coastal tourist resort or in the adjacent waters, the monitoring data of the stations around the sewage outlet shall not be averaged with the monitoring data of other stations, but shall be calculated by region according to the specific situation. 5.3.2 Characteristic Requirements and Scoring
Six characteristic elements, including fecal coliform group, color, odor, taste, red tide, floating matter, chemical oxygen demand, and dissolved oxygen, are used as the judgment factors for judging the water quality index of the coastal tourist resort water body. Six key features, including fecal coliform group, color, odor, taste, red tide, floating matter, chemical oxygen demand, and dissolved oxygen, are used as the judging factors for the water quality index of coastal tourist resorts. The classification standards and scoring of each element are shown in Table 4. Table 4 Classification standards and scoring of water quality characteristic elements Key features and scoring

If the standard values of Class I and Class II are the same, 2 points will be assigned. bThe geometric mean of no less than 5 samplings within 30 days. C The judgment of color, odor and taste shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB17378.4. d The judgment of whether red tide occurs or not shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of HY/T069. >2. and ≤3

Red tide occurs
There are (oil film, foam, aggregated

eOther floating materials include asphalt residues, wood, plastic, glass products, rubber or any other floating solid waste. In addition to the elements listed in Table 4, other elements listed in GB3097 can also be used as judgment factors for judging the water quality index of coastal tourist resorts. Each element that meets the requirements of the first-class seawater quality standard is assigned 2 points, between the first-class seawater quality standard and the second-class seawater quality standard is assigned 1 point, and exceeds the second-class seawater quality standard is assigned 0 points. 5.3.3 Calculation of water quality index
The water quality index is calculated by factor multiplication method: SQ=SqXSqXSSqXSqs×S6
Wherein:
SQ water quality index;
Sq1\- fecal coliform group score;
Sqa——color, odor and taste score;
red tide score;
floating matter score;
Sqs—chemical oxygen demand score;
(2)
Sge——dissolved oxygen score.
When the selected test index is involved in the calculation of water quality index, the comprehensive water quality index SQ is calculated according to formula (3). SQSqXSq×SqX×Sq,X ×Sqm
Where:
Comprehensive water quality index;
Sq; Score of the jth water quality evaluation index; m
Total number of water quality indicators involved in the evaluation.
5.3.4 Grading
