Introduction to standards:

JB/T 9832.1-1999 This standard is equivalent to ISO 3668:1976 "Visual colorimetry of paints and varnishes". This standard is a revision of ZB T60 005-89 "Visual evaluation method for color difference of paint films on agricultural and forestry tractors and machinery". During the revision, only editorial changes were made according to relevant regulations, and the main technical content remained unchanged. This standard specifies a method in which the observer visually compares the color of the paint film sample with the color of the standard color card under certain lighting conditions to make a qualitative assessment of the color difference between the sample and the standard color card. This standard is applicable to the assessment of the quality of paint films on agricultural and forestry tractors and their machinery. This standard was first published on year month day. This standard specifies a method for making a qualitative assessment of the color difference between the sample and the standard color card by visually comparing the color of the film sample under certain lighting conditions. This standard is used to assess the quality of films produced by agricultural and forestry tractors and machinery. 2 Reference Standards
The provisions contained in the following standards are all cited in this standard and constitute the provisions of this standard. 3! Lightness: a measure of the color, used to indicate how much light an object reflects. 3.2 Chroma: a measure of the color, used to indicate the degree of gray that deviates from the same lightness. 3.3 Chroma: a measure of the color, used to determine the color of an object. The color of red, yellow, green, blue, purple or the intermediate color between two colors:
4 Test colorability
4.1 The test eye must have normal exposure, and the lighting and observation equipment must be accurate. 4.2 The color and gloss of the test specimen are uniform, without scratches, spots and other surface defects. 4.3 Before the test, the room should be exposed to sunlight for at least 16 hours, and avoid direct sunlight, and the air should be naturally circulated. 4.4 The colorimetric room should have an artificial light source with a calibrated color temperature of 6504K, and the light entry angle should be zero diffuse. If natural light is used, the brightness should not be less than 2kIx, and direct sunlight should be avoided. Under appropriate circumstances, the comparison should be carried out in a room. 4.5 The film thickness should comply with the relevant provisions of 4.2 in 1BT5673-1991. 5 Equipment
5.1 Colorimetric room (the brightness of the colorimetric position should be between [-4Kx). 5.2 The standard color should comply with GB/T318I, which was approved by the State Machinery Industry Bureau on August 6, 1999, and the liquid should be 200- 01-01 Implementation
Test method
./9832.1—1999
6.1 Place the test sample and the standard color card side by side in the color room or under natural light, on the same plane. b.2 The observer's eyes are about 500mm away from the test sample, and the color of the test sample and the standard color card are compared under natural light from a viewing angle of 450. 3 Then evaluate the color difference in terms of lightness, chroma and hue depth. 7 Test report
The test sample shall be summarized as follows: Test type;
) Light source (natural light or artificial light);
c) Test results (brightness, chroma and hue); Test period, personnel
