Engineering Construction Standard Full Text Information System CJ/T95—2000 Water Quality Standard for Reclaimed Wastewater Reused as Scenic Water Published on January 10, 2000 Implemented on June 1, 2000 Ministry of Construction of the People's Republic of China Engineering Construction Standard Full Text Information System Engineering Construction Standard Full Text Information System CJ/T95—2000 The formulation of the water quality standard for reclaimed wastewater reused as scenic water is the first in China. This standard is compiled on the basis of summarizing the scientific and technological achievements of the "Seventh Five-Year Plan" National Science and Technology Research Project "Research on High-efficiency Flocculation Sedimentation Filtration Technology" and the "Eighth Five-Year Plan" National Science and Technology Research Project "Research on Urban Wastewater Reused as Scenic Water". This standard quotes and refers to relevant domestic and foreign standards. This standard was proposed by the Standard and Quota Research Institute of the Ministry of Construction. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Water Supply and Drainage Product Standardization Technical Committee of the Ministry of Construction. This standard was drafted by the China Municipal Engineering North China Design Institute. The main drafters of this standard are Chen Li, Liu Xiaosong and Yang Kun. This standard is entrusted to the China Municipal Engineering North China Design Institute for interpretation. They are either all made up of recycled water or partly made up of recycled water (the other part is made up of natural water bodies). Both types of landscape water bodies can be used as urban greening water (sprinkler irrigation is not suitable), but neither is suitable for use as waterfalls or fountains. 4 Technical requirements The water quality of recycled water reused for landscape water bodies shall meet the requirements of Table 1. 2 Engineering Construction Standard Full-text Information System TKAONT KAca- Engineering Construction Standard Full-text Information System Water quality standards for reclaimed water reused in landscape water bodies Standard values Basic requirements Reuse type (degrees) Chemical oxygen demand (COD) Five-day biochemical oxygen demand (BODs) Suspended solids (SS) Total phosphorus (in terms of P) Kjeldahl nitrogen Eliminum Total salt content Chloride (in terms of a) Soluble iron Volatile phenol Petroleum (pieces/L) Anionic surfactants ①Except for pH and where units are specified.
