Types and basic parameters
Electric wire rope hoists--Types and basic parametersThis standard specifies the various types and basic parameters of electric wire rope hoists. JB/T 9008.1-1999
Replaces ZBJ80013.1-89
This standard applies to general-purpose wire rope electric hoists (hereinafter referred to as electric hoists) with a lifting capacity of 0.16~80t and a lifting mechanism working level of M3~M8. Electric hoists for special purposes can also refer to this standard. The working level of the lifting mechanism of the electric hoist is in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB/T3811, as shown in Table 1. Table 1

The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are all valid. All standards will be revised. All parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest version of the following standards. GB/T783-1987 Maximum lifting capacity series of lifting machinery GB/T3811--1983 Crane design specification 3 Types
According to the presence or absence of operating mechanism and the form of operating mechanism and the installation method of the electric hoist, it can be divided into the following types. 3.1 Fixed type
Electric hoists without operating mechanism and fixed use can be divided into the following types according to their installation methods (i.e. the different positions of the base feet in the upper, lower, left and right) (as shown in Figure 1):
a) Top fixed type, its code is HGS; b) Bottom fixed type, its code is HGX; c) Left fixed type, its code is HGZ; d) Right fixed type, its code is HGY. Note: Explanation of letters representing the code: "H\ represents hoist; \G\ represents fixed; "S\ represents above; \X\ represents below; \Z\ represents left; \Y\ represents right. Approved by the State Bureau of Machinery Industry on June 28, 1999, and implemented on January 1, 2000. 3.2 Monorail trolley type
JB/T 9008.1-1999
Electric hoist with a running mechanism and using the lower flange of the monorail as the running track. According to the different structural forms of the overall layout of the electric hoist, it can be divided into two types: standard building height and low building height. 3.2.1 The lifting mechanism of the monorail trolley type electric hoist of standard building height is arranged under the running trolley, and there is only one running track. According to the form of the running track and the driving mode of the running mechanism, it is divided into the following types. 3.2.1.1 Standard building height, straight track, rigid connection hand-pulled trolley electric hoist, code name HSG, as shown in Figure 2. Figure 2
3.2.1.2 Standard building height, curved track, hinged connection hand-pulled trolley electric hoist, code name HSJ. As shown in Figure 3. Figure 3
3.2.1.3 Standard building height, straight track, rigid connection sprocket trolley electric hoist, code name HLG, as shown in Figure 4. 199
JB/T 9008.1
3.2.1.4 Standard building height, curved track, hinged connection sprocket trolley electric hoist, code name HLJ, as shown in Figure 5. Figure 5
3.2.1.5 Standard building height, straight track, rigid connection electric trolley electric hoist, code name HDG, as shown in Figure 6. Figure 6
3.2.1.6 Electric hoist with electric trolley of standard building height, curved track and hinged connection, code name HDJ, as shown in Figure 7. Figure 7
Note: Explanation of letters representing codes: "S\ represents hand-pulled; \G\ represents rigid; "J\ represents hinged; \L" represents chain; \D" represents electric. 200
3.2.2 Single-track trolley type electric hoist with low building height
JB/T 9008.1--1999
The lifting mechanism and counterweight device of the electric hoist are arranged on both sides of the running trolley respectively, and there is only one running track. According to the running track form and the driving mode of the running mechanism, it can be divided into the following types. 3.2.2.1 Electric hoist with electric trolley of low building height, straight track and rigid connection, code name HSGD, as shown in Figure 8. Figure 8
3.2.2.2 Hand-pulled trolley electric hoist with low building height, curved track and hinged connection, code name HSJD, as shown in Figure 9. Figure 9
3.2.2.3 Sprocket trolley electric hoist with low building height, straight track and rigid connection, code name HLGD, as shown in Figure 10. Figure 10
3.2.2.4 Sprocket trolley electric hoist with low building height, curved track and hinged connection, code name HLJD, as shown in Figure 11. Figure 11
JB/T9008.1-1999
5 Electric trolley electric hoist with low building height, straight track and rigid connection, code name HDGD, as shown in Figure 12. 3.2.2.5
3.2.2.6 Low building height, curved track, hinged connection electric trolley type electric hoist, code name HDJD, as shown in Figure 13. Figure 13
Note: The "D\" at the end of the code characterization letter means low. 3.3 Double-beam hoist trolley type
It consists of a fixed electric hoist and a double-track electric trolley frame. The hoist trolley runs along two tracks on the double-beam bridge frame. The code name is HSC, as shown in Figure 14.
Note: The code characterization letters: \S\ means double; \C" means car. 3.4 Single-beam angle hoist trolley type
It consists of a fixed electric hoist and an angle electric trolley frame. The trolley runs along two tracks installed on the single-beam bridge frame. The code name is HDC, as shown in Figure 15.
Note: The letter representing the code: "D\ indicates single. 4 Basic parameters
