QB/T2293—1997 This standard has made the following two major changes to SG374-1987 "Brush". 1. The division of high, medium and low grades has been removed from the technical requirements. 2. The sampling schemes of GB/T2828—1987 "Counting Sampling Procedure and Sampling Table for Batch Inspection (Applicable to Inspection of Continuous Batch)" and GB/T2829—1987 "Counting Sampling Procedure and Sampling Table for Periodic Inspection (Applicable to Inspection of Stability of Production Process)" have been adopted in the inspection rules. This standard will replace SG374-1984 from the date of implementation. This standard was proposed by the Quality Standards Department of China Light Industry General Association. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Stationery Standardization Center. The drafting units of this standard are: Shanghai Laozhou Huchen Pen Factory, Beijing Maolanzhai Industry and Trade Company, and the National Stationery Standardization Center. The main drafters of this standard are: Xue Che, Zhang Xiaojing, and Wu Bin. 247 Light Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China QB/T2293--1997 This standard specifies the definition, product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of brushes. This standard applies to calligraphy and painting brushes made of wolf hair, sheep hair, rabbit hair, etc. as the main materials. This standard does not apply to specific types of brushes. 2 Cited Standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. To detect its roundness, use a vernier caliper with an accuracy of 0.02mm, select the middle part of the pen body, and measure the difference between its maximum diameter and minimum diameter. To check its straightness, place the pen on a flat surface and insert the feeler gauges of different specifications into the gap according to the regulations. The ones that fail to pass are qualified. 6.8 Engraving: visual inspection. Inspection rules 7.1 Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 249 7.2 This inspection adopts the piece-rate method, and the sample unit is QB/T2293--1997 7.3 Factory inspection adopts GB/T2828 special inspection level S-3 or general inspection level 1, normal inspection-one sampling plan. 7.4 The items, unqualified classification, technical requirements, test methods, and qualified quality level (AQL) of factory inspection shall be as specified in Table 3.
