This standard applies Closure valves, stop valves, throttle valves, ball valves, butterfly valves, diaphragm condensers, plug valves, check valves, safety valves, pressure reducing valves and traps for industrial pipelines. 1. The model compilation method of the valve is as follows:

9. The valve name is named according to: transmission mode, connection form, structural form, lining material and type. For the connection form of "flange":
Structural form: "rising stem", "elastic", "example" and "single gate" for gate valves, "straight-through" for globe valves and throttle valves , the "floating" and "straight-through type" of the ball valve, the "vertical plate type" of the butterfly valve
the "ridge type" of the diaphragm valve, the "packing" and "straight-through type" of the
cock The "straight-through" and "single-disc" valves, and the "unclosed
" valve seat sealing surface material" of the safety valve are all omitted in the naming. Examples of model and name compilation methods:
(1) Motor transmission, flange connection, rising stem wedge double gate, valve seat sealing surface material directly processed by the valve body, nominal pressure Pg1kgf/cm2, valve body material Gate valve made of gray cast iron: Z942W-1 electric changeable double gate valve
(2) Manual, external thread connection, floating straight-through type, valve seat sealing surface material is fluoroplastic, nominal pressure P. 40kgf/cm2 ball valve with body material of 1Cr18Ni9Ti: Q21F-40P external thread ball valve
(3) Pneumatic normally open type, flange connection, roof type, lining material is rubber lining, nominal pressure P. 6kgf/cm. Diaphragm valve with gray cast iron body material: G6&41J-6 pneumatic normally open rubber-lined diaphragm valve (4) hydraulic, flange connection, vertical plate type, valve seat sealing surface material is cast copper, valve disc sealing surface material is rubber , nominal pressure Pg2.5kgf/cm, butterfly valve with gray cast iron body material: D741X-2.5 hydraulic butterfly valve
(5) Motor transmission, welding connection, straight-through type, valve seat cover material is hard surfacing Alloy, working pressure P54170, valve body material chromium molybdenum vanadium steel stop valve: J961Y-P54170 electric welded stop valve
