Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China IR/T9215-1999 Methods for controlling the image quality of radiographic tcsting1999-06-28 Issued State Machinery Industry Bureau 20M0-(1-01 Implementation TBT9215-1999 This standard is not equivalent to DIN54109 Part 2 5 Metal Materials X-ray Radiography Image Quality, Image Quality Grading, and also includes [S2504 "Welding Radiographic Conditions and Background Contrast Observation Conditions - Use of Image Quality Indicator Charts", ASTM 747 "Method of Controlling Radiographic Inspection Quality with Alloy Wire Penetration Doors" and GB3323-1982 Steel Fusion Welds: Radiography and Quality Grading This standard is a control method for 2B402-8 This standard is a revision of the method for controlling the image quality of radiographic images. During the revision, the original standard was revised: the main technical content has not changed. This standard replaces ZBJ04002-8 from the date of implementation. Appendix A of this standard is a reminder annex. This standard was proposed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Nondestructive Testing. The responsible drafting unit of this standard: Shanghai Materials Research Institute: The main drafter of this standard: Chen Yuenian, China Machinery Industry Standard Methods for controlling the image quality of radiographic images testing1 Scope JB/T9215-1999bZxz.net Total 402 This standard specifies the requirements for the quality of radiographic films when testing steel materials below 200 by radiographic method. It is a standard supporting [B9217-1997 Radiographic Operation Method]. 2 Referenced Standards The following standards contain provisions that constitute the text of the standard by being available in the standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised. Each party using this standard should discuss the feasibility of using the latest version of the following standards. JB/T790299 Image 3 Linear Image Quality Meter This standard adopts the R'10 series in JB/T7902, and the material is marked as FF agent linear image quality meter [see Appendix A (Suggested Appendix) 4 Image Quality Meter|| tt||4.1 The mask shall be placed on the surface of the object under test on the side of the radiation source. If this is not possible, it may be placed on the surface of the object on the film side. However, it must be verified through comparative tests that the actual requirements are met. 4.2 During the inspection, the image quality meter shall be placed vertically at the end of the nearest X-ray film. 5. Number of image quality meters 5.1 Each image quality meter can only represent one valid inspection range. Within this range, the vertical change should not exceed -15%-130% of the image quality meter film. There should be at least one image quality meter image on each film. 5.2 When two films of the same or different speeds are used in the same box to expand the number of images that can be inspected in one transillumination process, several masks of corresponding specifications shall be placed on the surface of the object under test with different thicknesses according to the principle of the validity range of 5.1. 5.3 When inspecting the same type of workpieces placed in a circle or in a ring with 36° circumferential light, place one workpiece every 0°. 5.4 If the radiation source is placed at the center of a spherical penetrator and the welding line with the same geometric conditions is used for full-body light, the number of images can be obtained according to the principle of 5.3. 6 Quality level of radiography and requirements for the minimum steel diameter displayed 6.1 The quality level of radiography is divided into A level (ordinary) and B level (high sensitivity level). 6.2 The minimum wire diameter required to be displayed on the radiographic film is shown in Table 1 and Table 2.
