QB/T 2198
This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of flashlights. This standard applies to metal and non-metal flashlights with front-lighting, rear-lighting and fixed-light types. This standard does not apply to flashlights for special purposes such as rechargeable, explosion-proof, and waterproof. 2 Reference standards

3.2 Product variety
3.2.1 According to the lighting type, it is divided into front lighting type Q, rear lighting type H and fixed lighting type G. 3.2.2 According to the material, it is divided into iron, copper, aluminum, plastic, and metal and non-metal combination. 3.3 Product specification
Product specifications are divided into 11 types, see Table 1 for details.

The conductive performance is good, the contact is stable, and there is no phenomenon of long-lasting light, no light, and flickering. 4.3 Day switch performance
The diameter of the light spot at a distance of 1m from the light target is not greater than 4.3.1 The product should have a good switch device, with appropriate tightness and obvious efficiency. The switch seat should not be loose when pushed. There are three types of switches: a.
The first-level switch should not light up if it is not pushed or pressed, and should light up after pushing or pressing the switch; b. The second-level switch should light up if the switch button is pressed, and should light up after pushing the upper switch; c.
The third-level switch should not light up if the switch button is pressed before the switch is pushed, and should light up after pushing the first-level switch, and should light up after pushing the second-level switch 4.3.2 Fatigue strength of the third-level switch
The switch should meet the requirements of 4.3.1c after reaching 3000 cycles (electrical cylinders below 100m specifications are not tested). 4.4 Insulation performance
The insulation resistance of the switch part should not be less than 0.03M2. The insulation resistance of the socket part of the electric bead should not be less than 0.015MQ. 4.5 Main structure thread connection
The main structure thread should be able to withstand a tensile force of not less than 100N (tensile test is not performed for specifications below 100m). 4.6 The thickness of the oxide film of aluminum electric cylinders shall not be less than 6μm. 4.7 Appearance
4.7.1 The surface of the electric cylinder shall not have cracks, obvious burrs, uneven cuts, etc. that may cause personal insecurity. 4.7.2 The electroplating layer should be firmly bonded, with a smooth and bright surface, without obvious rust scars, whitening, plating leakage, burn marks, spots, bubbles and slight scratches.
4.7.3 There must be a protective layer inside the body of the iron electric cylinder. 4.7.4 The decorative pattern must be clear and neat, and no obvious pattern disorder is allowed, but there are uniform tool traces on the knurled pattern, which is not considered a defect.
4.7.5 The glass pieces used in the product should not have mold, scratches, obvious sand patterns and bubbles. 4.7.6 The trademark image and characters should be clear and in the right position. 4.7.7 The reflective surface of the reflector should be bright, not discolored, and free of putty, white spots, obvious scratches and pitting. 4.7.8 Plastic flashlights
The surface of plastic parts should be flat, uniform in color, without color difference, paste spots and silver wire. 4.7.9 Aluminum electric cylinders
Oxidation dyeing should be firmly bonded, smooth and wear-resistant, bright and uniform in color, without obvious color difference, and good texture; the inside of the cylinder must be smooth and clean, and there should be no acid and alkali left over from the oxidation dyeing process. There should be no oxide film at the switch hole, bottom spring and other locations. The surface of crystal tin-plated products
The crystal pattern is clear and bright, and no tin scars or serious scratches are allowed; the spray paint layer is required to be uniform, bright and smooth, and the paint film is not allowed to have dense dirty spots or paint flow. 4.8 Electroplating

Under 35~501x environment, it is allowed to adjust or rotate the original electric bulb or the barrel neck (sleeve) or tail cover to make the light gathering meet the requirements of Article 4.1. 5.2 Conductivity test
The conductivity is tested by pushing the switch. The conductivity should be good and there should be no flickering phenomenon when shaking. 5.3 Switch performance test
5.3.1 Check Article 4.3.1 by hand and visual inspection. 5.3.2 Three-stage switch fatigue strength test
The switch is opened and closed continuously at a speed of 2025 times/min (one opening and closing is a cycle). After reaching the specified number of times, the switch performance shall meet the requirements of Article 4.3.2.
5.4 Insulation performance test
Remove the neck and tail cover of the flashlight, place the remaining part under normal conditions, and then use a megohmmeter to measure the resistance of the insulation part. The resistance value shall meet the requirements of Article 4.4.
5.5 Main structure threaded connection test
The product is clamped on a special tensile testing machine for testing (deformation is not allowed during clamping). The main structure threaded mating part shall be able to withstand a tensile force of not less than 100N, and the threaded connection before force shall meet the requirements of Table 4. Table 4

6 Inspection rules
6.1 Flashlights must pass the manufacturer's inspection before they can leave the factory. 6.2 Factory Inspection
Factory inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2828, using a normal inspection double sampling plan, and calculated based on the number of unqualified products per 100 units of product. The specific requirements shall comply with the provisions of Table 5. Table 5

6.3 Type inspection
6.3.1 In normal production, type inspection shall be carried out at least once every six months. Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following circumstances: a.
When conducting trial production and identification of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production; After formal production, when there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; When resuming production after a long period of suspension of production; When there is a major difference between the factory inspection result and the last type inspection result; When the superior technical supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. e.
6.3.2 Type inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2829, using a two-stage sampling plan of discrimination level II, and counting the number of unqualified products per 100 units of product. 7.1.2 The model, factory name, factory address and product certificate shall be printed on the middle package. 7.1.3 The product name, trademark, place name, factory name, model, date of manufacture, quantity, volume, weight, packing number and words such as "handle with care" and "keep away from moisture" shall be printed on the surface of the box. 7.1.4 The standard code, number and name can also be marked on the package or instruction manual, and on the product certificate. 7.2 Packaging
Each flashlight should be packaged or separated from each other. Every 10 or 12 pieces are packaged in one middle package. 7.3 Transportation
The product should be kept clean and dry during transportation. It is strictly forbidden to be exposed to rain and it should not be mixed with corrosive items. It should be handled with care during loading and unloading. 7.4 Storage
7.4.1 The warehouse where the product is stored should be dry and ventilated, free of corrosive gases, and the relative humidity should not exceed 85%. The product should not be stacked together with corrosive items. The bottom of the box stack should be at least 300mm above the ground, and the side of the box stack should be at least 200mm from the wall. 7.4.2 If the product meets the requirements of Articles 7.3 and 7.4.1, the product shelf life is one year from the date of manufacture. 561
