6.1 Specifications
Use a ruler to test, the minimum scale is 1mm.
6.2 Sensory organs
Under natural light, select a clear viewing distance and test with sensory organs. 6.3 Physical properties
6.3.1 Loading weight: Leather briefcases should be loaded with 1.5 times the prescribed weight, and other briefcases should be loaded with the prescribed weight. Hand carry and swing back and forth at an angle of 60°±3° five times (one for each forward and backward movement).
Note: Briefcases without special hand-held parts and shoulder straps are not subject to this test. 6.3.2 Durability of accessories: For combination locks, turn the word wheel by hand, and for other types of locks, insert the key and open and close once, and the connectors and magnetic fasteners should be opened and closed manually once.
6.3.3 Zipper closure and closure smoothness: Test according to QB/T*2171, QB/T2172, QB/T2173. 6.3.4 Leather surface color friction fastness: Test according to QB/T1327. Note: This test is carried out before leather cutting and production. 7 Inspection rules
7.1 Batch
Products of the same type produced by the same batch of raw materials and the same production process constitute an inspection batch. 401
7.2 Factory inspection
QB/T2277-1996
7.2.1 Products must be inspected piece by piece before leaving the factory, and can only leave the factory after passing the inspection and accompanied by a certificate of conformity. 7.2.2 Inspection items: sensory inspection.
7.2.3 Qualification judgment: If there are slight defects in three of the inspection items, it should be regarded as a qualified product. 7.3 Type inspection
7.3.1 Type inspection shall be conducted in any of the following circumstances. a) When there are major changes in product structure, process or materials; b) When the product is resumed after a long period of suspension; c) When the national quality supervision and inspection agency proposes a type inspection requirement; d) During normal production, type inspection shall be conducted at least once every six months. 7.3.2 Sampling quantity: Three products shall be randomly selected from the products that have passed the factory inspection. Two samples shall be inspected for each of the load-bearing, accessory durability and zipper closure smoothness. If one sample fails, the third sample shall be inspected. 7.3.3 Qualification determination:
7.3.3.1 Principle of single determination
If any one of the items in 5.3 fails, the product shall be judged as unqualified. If more than three other items in the technical requirements fail cumulatively, the product shall be judged as unqualified. If the product has defects that affect the use function, the product shall be judged as unqualified. 7.3.3.2 Batch determination principle
a) Natural leather briefcases: If only one of the three tested samples is unqualified, the product is judged to be qualified; if two are unqualified, double sampling is conducted to re-inspect the unqualified items. If five products are qualified during the re-inspection, the product is judged to be qualified. b) Artificial leather and synthetic leather briefcases: If all three of the three tested samples are qualified, the batch of products is judged to be qualified. If one is unqualified, double sampling is conducted to re-inspect the unqualified items. If five products are qualified during the re-inspection, the batch of products is judged to be qualified. 8 Marking, packaging, transportation, purchase and storage
8.1 Marking
8.1.1 Products that have passed the inspection of the production unit shall have the following markings: production unit name, trademark, product certificate (or inspection stamp). The product certificate shall include the following instructions: a) General instructions for use of the product;
b) Contact number of the production unit;
c) Address of the production unit.
8.1.2 The outer packaging mark should include the product name, production date, product number, color, and quantity. 8.2 Packaging
The inner packaging of the product should be paper or plastic, and the outer packaging should be carton or other substitute materials. 8.3 Transportation
Load and unload gently, and do not press heavily. Use cover tools to prevent rain and snow. 8.4 Storage
Store in a ventilated and dry place indoors, at least 200mm away from the ground and pond. Do not store together with chemical corrosives. 402
