Introduction to standards:

JB/T 3625-1999 This standard is a revision of JB 3625-84 "Technical Conditions for Rust-proof Packaging of Modular Clamps". The main differences are: - Re-edited according to relevant regulations; - Changed the packaging method and anti-rust period, added specific regulations for outer packaging, and deleted Appendix A in the standard. This standard specifies the packaging method, technical requirements and box markings for modular clamps. This standard applies to rust prevention during the production process of modular clamps, rust prevention of finished products and packaging of finished products. JB/3625-1999
This standard is a revision of the old "Technical Conditions for Rust-proof Packaging of Combination Clamps". The original version was not created based on the needs of users of the current combination clamps. Its technical content can still meet the current scientific and technological level and meet production and use needs. The technical content of this standard is consistent with that of B3625-84, with the following main differences: 1. It has been revised according to relevant regulations; 2. The packaging method and anti-rust period have been changed, and specific provisions for outer packaging have been added. Please do not go to Appendix A in the standard. This standard replaces JB3625-84 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed by the National Joint Technical Committee for Machine Tool Standardization. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Joint Technical Committee for Machine Tool Standardization and its subcommittees. The originating unit of this standard: Tianxie Combined Fixture Research Institute, the main drafter of this standard: Liu Gongyi, Dan Li. This standard was first issued in October 1984. Scope
Machinery Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China
Combination clamp components
Technical conditions for rust-proof packaging
This standard stipulates that combination clamps, core parts, packaging force, technical numbers and box markings are used in combination with the following combinations to define the rust-proof function of the main production process, or the rust-proof function of aluminum and finished products. 2 Reference standards

Packing Storage and Transportation Tour Mark
Head B/T48791985 Anti-rust Packaging
3 Requirements
3.! The anti-rust packaging operation should be carried out in a clean environment, and the operation process should be relatively sensitive. If there is any problem, timely anti-rust treatment must be taken
3.2 The components should be cleaned immediately after cleaning, and the following table should be added to avoid direct contact with the operator. If the components must be used in contact with the naked, the dirty rack should be used. The embroidered parts are not stored in the warehouse: 3.3 When the parts that need to be treated are in a hot state, they should be cooled to near the air temperature before processing. 3.4 The rust period of storage and transportation packaging should be selected from GRT1879 C, that is, the components should be not less than 11 years from the time of packaging. d Method
4.1 The anti-rust packaging process of the components should be selected. 4.1.1 Cleaning, use solvent cleaning method. Use washing, scouring and other methods. For large products or components, use the washing method. 4.1.2 Drying, the parts are specially cleaned and dried. This method is allowed to use the wiping method: that is, clean and dry cloth (cotton yarn) to dry. No red fiber is allowed to be on the parts. 4.1.3 Method. Use the special cleaning method, that is, use a clean brush to evenly apply anti-rust and anti-grease on the surface of the components. 4.1.4 Packaging. The number of parts is packaged with anti-rust treatment film. This standard uses the 1-M-2-2 anti-rust packaging film method in (4879), that is, after the core paint is burned out, the plastic film is packaged, and the sealing part is pressed with a amine tape. 4.2 The components are installed with component numbers, specifications, numbers, grades, and seals. Storage
5.1: The room is soundproof, the ventilation and humidity are appropriate, and there is no commercial oily gas and items: 5.2 The shelf for storing parts should keep a certain distance between the upper layer and the ground, and the side and the wall. Approved by the State Bureau of Machinery Industry on May 20, 1999 and implemented on January 1, 2000
Outer packaging box
Stone. Box making material
JB/T36251999
6.1. This box shall be made of the same species or wood species as the material, and its moisture content shall not exceed 20%. 6.1.2 The board of better quality shall be used. If the ends of the board are not smooth, there shall be no defects such as disease. 6.2 Box
6.2.1 Or the box shall have anti-humidity measures, such as linoleum and other rainproof materials: 6.2.3 The outer packaging shall indicate the following contents:
) Product name;
b) Gross weight, net weight:
|) Manufacturer name or factory logo:
d) Ex-factory date:
e) Tour mark.
6.2.4 See Figure 1 for the type of tree outside the box
7.1 The components should be filled and fixed in the box to prevent movement or displacement during transportation. 7.2 The weight of the box is generally not more than 50kg
7.3 When the components are packed in several boxes, the number of boxes is expressed as a fraction, with the denominator being the box number and the total number of boxes. The box number is not printed on the single box packaging. 7.4 The box mark should comply with the provisions of GB191. 7.5 Accompanying documents:
