HG/T2868--1997
This standard is formulated based on the actual production of manufacturers over the years and the actual needs of the user units. This standard is proposed by the Technical Supervision Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Rubber and Rubber Products Standardization Technical Committee Coated Fabrics and Products Sub-Technical Committee. This standard is drafted by the Shenyang Rubber Industrial Products Research Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry, and the Northwest Rubber General Factory participated in the drafting. The main drafters of this standard are Cheng Hongyu and Li Renrong. 1 Scope
Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China
Rubber diaphragm for transformer
Rubber diaphragm for transformerHG/T 2868-1997
This standard specifies the technical requirements, sampling and test methods and marking, packaging, transportation, storage, etc. of rubber diaphragms for transformers (referred to as diaphragms - hereinafter referred to as diaphragms).
This standard applies to all kinds of transformer diaphragms made of rubber-coated fabric with working temperature of
40℃~-90'℃. 2 Reference standards

4.1.3 The rubber molded parts used to manufacture diaphragms shall comply with the relevant provisions of the drawings. 4.2 Dimensions
The diaphragm dimensions shall comply with the drawing requirements provided by the user. 4.3 Appearance
Performance requirements
Performance requirements
4.3.1 The outer surface of the diaphragm should be kept clean, and no defects such as pinholes, fabric breaks, exposed fabric, bubbles, debonding, delamination, rough edges, dead folds, etc. are allowed. 4.3.2 The overlap width of the diaphragm shall not be less than 15 mm. 4.3.3 Defects that do not meet the above requirements are allowed to be repaired, among which: Type A diaphragms are allowed to be repaired once per square meter of the outer surface; Type B diaphragms are allowed to be repaired once. The area of each repair scar shall not exceed 50 cm\. Type C diaphragms are not allowed to be repaired fraudulently. 4.4 Air tightness
Under normal circumstances, the diaphragm is filled with air at a pressure of 2.0 kPa and left for 30 minutes. There should be no leakage. 5 Sampling and test methods
5.1 Sampling Www.bzxZ.net
5.1.1 The rubber materials used to manufacture the diaphragm are grouped into five batches. Each batch is tested in accordance with the provisions of 4.1.1. The 100C transformer oil test and the hot air aging test are sampled once each. If any item in the test fails, double samples should be taken to repeat the test. If it still fails, the batch of rubber materials is allowed to be changed to full test roll by roll, and the unqualified ones are discarded. 5.1.2 The rubber coated fabric for the diaphragm is grouped into 500m of continuous production. Each batch is tested in accordance with the provisions of 4.1.2. If any item of the test result fails, double samples should be taken from the roll to repeat the test. If it still fails, the material is taken roll by roll for testing, and the unqualified ones are discarded.
5.2 Test methods
5.2.1 Performance test of rubber compound for manufacturing diaphragm
5.2.1.1 Holding strength and tearing elongation according to 528 ranking 5. 2. 1.2 Hardness: According to GB/T 531, HG/T 2868---1997
5.2.1.3 Transformer oil resistance test. According to CB/T1690 5.2.1.4 Brittle temperature test. According to GB/T 1682. 5.2.1.51) 0℃C transformer oil aging test. According to GB/T3512. 5.2.1.6 Hot air aging test. According to CB/T3512. 5.2.2 Performance test of rubber coating for manufacturing diaphragm 5.2.2.1 Thickness. According to GB/T7538 escape. 5.2.2.2 Tensile strength shall be tested in accordance with HG/T2580. 5.2.2.3 Adhesion strength shall be tested in accordance with GB/T10720. 5-2.3 Diaphragm performance test
5.2.3.1 Visual inspection of appearance and measurement of dimensions with a steel ruler. 5.2.3.2 Air tightness shall be tested in the following manner!
In a humid and unconstrained environment, slowly fill the diaphragm with compressed air, leave it for 30 minutes, stabilize the pressure to 2.0 kPa, apply 1.5% soapy water on its outer surface and observe whether bubbles are generated.
6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
6-1 Marking
Each diaphragm should have obvious and durable markings on its outer surface at the position specified in the drawing. The markings include: a) manufacturer code or name;
b) product name and label number;
c) product model and specification;
d) manufacturing date.
6.2 Packaging and transportation
The diaphragm should be folded and packed in a plastic bag or carton. The packaging should be firm and reliable to ensure the safety of the product during handling and transportation. The packer should indicate the product name, specification, quantity, packaging date, manufacturer name, factory address, etc. The product qualification certificate should be attached to the package, and the certificate of conformity should be stamped with the seal of the quality supervision department. 6.3 Storage
The diaphragm should be stored in a warehouse with a temperature of -5-~35 and a relative humidity of no more than 80%. It should be kept away from direct sunlight and avoid contact with substances that affect product quality, such as acids, acids, oils and organic solvents. It should be kept at a distance of 1 meter from heat sources and prevented from mechanical damage.
