3.1.1 The color or color difference of the paint film shall comply with the provisions of the product technical documents and shall not affect the reading of the safety signs. 3.1.2 The adhesion performance of the coating of the cover shall not be lower than Grade I, and other exposed surfaces shall not be lower than Grade I. 3.1.3 The coating thickness of the exposed surface shall not be less than 40μm, and the coating thickness of the non-exposed surface (including the joint surface clamped by bolts) shall not be less than 15um. All surfaces that should be painted are not allowed to have missing paint (including edges, corners, and pits). The glossiness of the paint film of the covering parts shall not be less than 80% when the product leaves the factory. 3.1.4
The covering parts are not allowed to have the following defects that affect the appearance: paint film depression, flow marks, adhesion of debris, "orange peel" and other paint defects; b.
Paint film indentation, scratches, gouges, splashing paint spots; obvious traces of repainting or trimming.
3.2 The positions of various signs, nameplates and marks should be correct and without skew, and they should be firmly installed or pasted flatly without wrinkles and bubbles. 3.3 The surface quality of exposed parts and components before painting shall meet the following requirements and shall be trimmed if necessary: the surface of the cover shall be flat, smooth and without wrinkles, and the spot welds or other welds shall be uniform and flat; a.
b. The outer surface of the casting shall be flat, smooth and transitional, the surface roughness R, value shall not be greater than 50μm, the local protrusion height or depression depth shall not be greater than 2mm
C. The surface of the die forging shall be flat and free of loose oxide scale, the local depression or folding depth shall not be greater than 1/3 of the maximum thickness tolerance of the forging, and the residual flash shall be uniform;
d. The surface of the welded part shall be flat and free of thick rust, the weld shall be uniform, and there shall be no burns, residual welding slag and spatter. 3.4 The surface quality of parts with metal plating or oxidation treatment on the surface shall meet the requirements of the product drawings, and defects such as missing plating, blistering, roughness, discoloration or rust are not allowed.
3.5 When observing the whole machine from any normal viewing angle and operating position, there should be no defects that affect sales appeal: missing paint, unclear paint boundaries, and excess paint on different colors and on plastic and rubber parts; a.
Paint defects, paint film damage or cracks, peeling, flaking, etc.; b.
All kinds of permanent pollution, such as marks caused by acid reduction, solvent or oil immersion; welding slag, thick rust, loose oxide scale on the paint film; Traces; d.
Castings and forgings have surface continuity destroyed due to finishing, and the installation joint surfaces are not aligned; f.
Surface defects and damages of metal coatings, plastics and glass; Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry on July 29, 1993
Implemented on January 1, 1994
