The data format of the information element is expressed in the following form: a) Character type and numeric type followed by a positive integer represents a fixed-length format; Example 1: C6 represents a 6-bit fixed-length character.
Example 2: N16 indicates a 16-bit fixed-length value. b) Adding "x..y" after a character type and a numeric type indicates a format from the minimum to the maximum length. Example 1: C1..10 indicates a character with a minimum of 1 bit and a maximum of 10 bits. Example 2: N1..6 indicates a numeric value with a minimum of 1 bit and a maximum of 6 bits. c. Adding \..ul\ after a character type indicates a format with an uncertain length. Example: C..ul indicates a character with an uncertain length, which is generally a large amount of text content. d) Adding \x,y\ after a numeric type (N) indicates a decimal place. This standard uses two methods: unified modeling language (UML) diagram description and summary description to describe the information entities and information elements of artworks. Among them:
UML diagram description||t t||This standard uses UML diagrams to establish the artwork information model. The information model reflects the relationship between information entities and information elements. In the UML information model, the concept of class is used to represent information entities, and the concept of class attributes is used to represent information elements. The symbols and related contents used in this standard comply with the provisions of ISO/IEC19501:2005 and ISO24156-1:2014. The UML symbols and descriptions are shown in Figure 1.

This standard uses summary descriptions to fully describe the nine attributes of each information entity and information element, including Chinese name, English name, description, data type and format, constraints/conditions, synonyms, value range, unit of measurement and notes. The summary descriptions of information entities and information elements of artwork products can be found in Chapters 7 and 8. Information model
Artwork information can be divided into general information and special information. General information is the basic information shared by various types of artworks and their transaction flows, including: basic information, institutional information, contact information, regional information, restoration information, title information, circulation information, transaction records, identification records, evaluation records, packaging information and other information entities. When a certain artwork is used in e-commerce transactions, general information cannot be fully described. When reflecting the need for artwork information description, special information can be added to describe it on the basis of general information. Special information is formed based on the characteristic information of different types of artworks, and is divided into: calligraphy and painting information, jewelry and jade information, ceramic information, sculpture and carving information, bill information, metal information, textile information and lacquerware information. For each type of artwork information, its complete information consists of general information entities and special information entities, and each information entity is composed of several information elements. The summary description of information entities and information elements is shown in Chapter 7 and Chapter 8. The artwork information model is described by UML method as shown in Figure 2. Users can expand the information according to actual needs when the information in this standard cannot meet the special needs of artwork information description. The expansion method is shown in Chapter 9.
