Where: R—luminous intensity coefficient, unit is cd·lx-1: [Luminous intensity, unit is cd·lx-1]: E multiplied by illuminance: unit is 1x (1x). 3.2 Retroreflection coefficient Rc is the quotient of the luminous intensity coefficient on the retroreflective surface of the plane divided by its surface area, RR R\—retroreflection coefficient, unit is received per square kilometer.Inspection If one of the tests does not meet the requirements, the model is judged to be unqualified for the type (finalization) inspection. B.3.2 Inspection agency Factory inspection can be carried out by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer, or by entrusting a qualified inspection agency to conduct the inspection. 6.2.: 5 6.3.3 Inspection and judgment GA/T415—2003 Factory inspection shall also be carried out by the manufacturer in accordance with the requirements of Table S. If any item does not meet the requirements, the factory inspection of the deformable road sign shall be judged to be unqualified and shall be reworked and repaired before re-inspection. 7 Packaging and marking 7. 1 Packaging The packaging of cone traffic signs should meet the requirements of moisture-proof, impact-proof, squeeze-proof and corrosion-proof. Each individually packaged product should have a product manual, product inspection certificate, product after-sales service license and other accessories. 7.2 Labeling Be careful to put clear and durable marks on the packaging of traffic cone products. The marks should indicate the Chinese product name, model and specification, trademark, manufacturer name and location certificate, and the product quality standard number and name. 8 Transportation and storage 8.1 Transportation The packaged traffic cone products should be able to withstand transportation by cars, trains, ships and airplanes. 8.2 Storage The storage environment temperature of traffic cone products should be around 10--4°C, with relatively low humidity.
