6.1.1 The wire should The supplier's technical supervision department shall conduct inspections to ensure that the product quality complies with the provisions of this standard and fill in the quality certificate. 6.1.2 The purchaser shall inspect the received products in accordance with the provisions of this standard. If the inspection results are inconsistent with the provisions of this standard, If the regulations are not met, the supplier should be notified within 3 months from the date of receipt of the product, and the supplier and buyer should negotiate to resolve the issue. 6.2 Batch
Wires should be submitted for inspection in batches, and each batch should be of the same brand and state. Each batch of wires shall be inspected for chemical composition, mechanical properties, dimensions and surface quality. 6.3.2 For H68, H65, and H62 hard wires, the supplier may not conduct repeated bending tests, but must ensure that. 6.3.3 For hard and extra-hard wires, residual stress elimination tests shall be conducted. 6.3.4 For wire fracture suppliers, It is not necessary to inspect, but it must be guaranteed. 6.4 Sampling location and sampling quantity

6.4.1 Sampling of chemical composition: the supplier shall take one sample from each furnace during melting and casting. The purchaser shall randomly select one sample from each batch of wires. 6.4.2 The room temperature tensile test shall be conducted by taking 2 rolls (axes) from each batch of wires at random, and taking 1 specimen from each roll (axle). The specimen shall comply with the provisions of (B6397, and the specimen number is R17.||tt ||6.4.3 Repeated bending test shall be conducted by randomly selecting 2 rolls (axes) from each batch of wires, and taking 1 specimen from each roll (axe). 6.4.4 Residual stress test shall be conducted by randomly selecting 2 rolls (axes) from each batch of wires. 6.4.5 The measurement of the external dimensions and the inspection of the surface quality shall be carried out on each roll (shaft). 6.5 Repeated test
Each test Even if one sample fails the test, double the number of samples should be taken from the batch to retest the unqualified items. If one sample still fails the retest, the whole batch should be scrapped or phased out. The coils (spools) are inspected and those that pass the inspection are individually batched for acceptance. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
The marking, packaging, transportation and storage of wires shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB8888. Additional instructions:

6.1 Inspection and acceptance
Lighter coils
6.1.1 The wire should be inspected by the supplier's technical supervision department to ensure that the product quality meets the requirements of this standard and fill in the quality certificate. 6.1.2 The buyer should inspect the received products in accordance with the provisions of this standard. If the inspection results do not meet the requirements of this standard, the buyer should report to the supplier within 3 months from the date of receipt of the product, and the supplier and buyer should negotiate to resolve the problem. 6.2 Batches
Wires should be submitted for inspection in batches. Each batch should consist of the same brand, state and specification, and the weight of each batch should not exceed 500kg. 6.3 Inspection items
6.3.1 Each batch of wire should be inspected for chemical composition, mechanical properties, external dimensions and surface quality. 6.3.2 For H68, H65, H62 hard wires, the supplier may not conduct repeated bending tests, but must ensure. 6.3.3 For hard and extra-hard wires, residual stress elimination tests shall be conducted. 6.3.4 The supplier may not conduct tests on the wire fractures, but must ensure. 6.4 Sampling location and sampling quantity
GB/T 14954—94
6.4.1 For sampling of chemical composition, the supplier shall take one sample from each furnace during melting and casting, and the buyer shall take one sample from each batch of wires at random. 6.4.2 For the room temperature tensile test, 2 rolls (axes) shall be randomly selected from each batch of wires, and 1 sample shall be taken from each roll (axle). The sample shall comply with the provisions of (B6397, and the sample number is R17.
6.4.3 For the repeated bending test, 2 rolls (axes) shall be randomly selected from each batch of wires, and 1 sample shall be taken from each roll (axle). 6.4.4 For the residual stress test, 2 rolls (axes) shall be randomly selected from each batch of wires, and 1 sample shall be taken from each roll (axle). 6.4.5 The measurement of the external dimensions and the inspection of the surface quality shall be carried out on the rolls (axles). 6.5 Repeated test
Each test Even if one sample fails the test, double the number of samples should be taken from the batch for retesting of the unqualified items. If one sample still fails the retest, the whole batch shall be scrapped or reel (coil) shall be inspected, and the qualified ones shall be accepted in a separate batch. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
The marking, packaging, transportation and storage of wire rods shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB8888. Additional remarks:
