First-class
3.3.1 The connections (welding and bolting) of screen doors and windows should be firm, and no defects such as false welding, breakage and looseness are allowed. Window
Second-class
The installation holes of the hardware parts of screen doors and windows should be accurate to ensure that the hardware parts are firmly installed, the window screens are pressed tightly and flatly, and meet the use requirements.
The straightness of screen doors and window sashes should not exceed 1mm within a length of 1m, and the long side should be arched on the outside to meet the needs of installing the screen. The flatness of the overlapped surface of screen doors, windows and steel doors and windows is within a length of 1m. The flatness of the screen door sash is not more than 2mm, and the flatness of the screen window sash is not more than 1.5mm.
3.3.5 The height difference of the plane at the intersection of screen doors and windows should be less than 0.5mm. 3.4 Appearance requirements
3.4.1 The surface of screen doors and windows should be smooth and flat, and there should be no appearance defects such as burrs, welding slag, welding wire and obvious hammer marks. 3.4.2 Screen doors and windows should be degreased and derusted before being dipped in anti-rust paint. The paint layer should be uniform and firm, and there should be no obvious defects such as paint leakage and paint accumulation. 4 Inspection rules
4.1 Screen doors and windows must be inspected by the inspection department of the manufacturer before leaving the factory, and can only leave the factory after the issuance of a certificate of conformity. 4.2 Screen doors and windows are sampled and inspected according to the contract. When the batch is less than or equal to 300 panels, 3% of them are sampled and the total number of samples is not less than 5 panels; when the batch is greater than 300 panels, 2% of them are sampled and the total number of samples is not less than 10 panels. 4.3 Among the screen doors and windows sampled, if the first-grade rate is lower than 90%, the batch of products shall be accepted as second-grade products. If the second-grade rate is lower than 90%, the batch of products shall be doubled for sampling. If the second-grade rate is still lower than 90%, the batch of products shall be returned for repair. Among the screen doors and windows sampled for the first time, if the second-grade rate is lower than 80%, the batch of products shall be returned for repair. 4.4 Principles for evaluation of first and second-grade products: key items must meet the requirements; main items meet their respective requirements; among general items, first-grade products must have more than 5 (including 5) items that meet the requirements, and second-grade products must have more than 3 (including 3) items that meet the requirements. 4.5 Inspection methods and measuring tools shall be in accordance with the provisions of Appendix A "Quality Inspection Items, Measuring Tools and Methods for Hollow Steel Screen Doors and Windows" (Supplement). 5 Marking, packaging, transportation, purchase and storage
5.1 Each screen door and window (or each piece) shall have a qualified mark before leaving the factory. 5.2 According to user requirements, the pressed yarn strips should be fixed on the screen doors and windows or packaged separately before leaving the factory. 5.3 The screen doors and windows should be packed firmly and easy to load and unload. They should be transported in a vertical state. They should be lifted and placed gently during loading and unloading to prevent collision. It is strictly forbidden to place heavy objects on the screen doors and windows to prevent deformation.
5.4 When stacking screen doors and windows, they must be leveled with pads, with a vertical angle of not less than 70 and a horizontal height of not more than 1.5m to avoid contact with corrosive media.
