This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation, storage, etc. of acidic particles and green (also known as water-soluble aniline black) products.
This standard applies to acidic particles and green obtained by sulfonating alcohol-soluble aniline black in concentrated sulfuric acid, followed by separation and neutralization. 2 Reference standards

Colorimetric tube: 1 set of 50mL stoppered standard colorimetric tubes, which are required to be equal in diameter, height and wall thickness. Formic acid (HG/T3-1296): 1% solution (V/V). 4.2.1.2 Analysis steps
Preparation of test solution.
Weigh 0.5000g (accurate to 0.0005g) of the test sample and standard sample respectively, place them in a 250mL beaker, add a little distilled water to make a slurry, add 200mL of boiling distilled water, stir thoroughly to dissolve it completely (heat it in a water bath to dissolve it if necessary), transfer it to a 1000mL volumetric flask after cooling, dilute it to the scale with distilled water, shake it well, and set aside. Preparation of colorimetric solution.
Prepare the colorimetric solutions of the standard sample and the sample in clean colorimetric tubes (4.2.1.1) according to Table 2. Table 2
Colorimetric tube number
0.500.0g/1000mL standard sample, mL
0.5000g/1000mL sample, mL

Add distilled water to, mL
After the colorimetric solution is prepared, cover it with a stopper, shake it well, and then place it on the colorimetric tube rack for later use. Colorimetric
When colorimetric, the colorimetric tube is set against a white paper background, and the color and intensity of the sample are determined by the normal colorimetric method. (Spectrophotometric method can also be used. Input max=560nm.)
Evaluation of color and intensity
The evaluation of color and intensity shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB2374. 4.2.2 Dyeing method
Dyeing depth: 0.5%
Bath ratio: 1:100
Fabric: 2g wool fabric
4.2.2.1 Fabric pretreatment
Put the weighed fabric into distilled water and boil it for 15 to 20 minutes. Take out the fabric, hang it evenly and squeeze it dry for later use. 4.2.2.2 Reagents
Formic acid (HG/T3-1296): 1% (V/V) 4.2.2.3 Preparation of dye solution
Accurately weigh 0.5000g (accurate to 0.0005g) of the test sample and standard sample respectively, place them in a 400mL beaker, add a little distilled water to make a slurry, add 200mL of boiling distilled water, stir well to dissolve it completely (heat it in a water bath to dissolve it if necessary), transfer it to a 500mL volumetric flask after cooling, dilute it to the scale with distilled water, shake it well, and set aside. 4.2.2.4 Preparation of dye bath
The preparation of dye bath shall be carried out according to the provisions of Table 3.

4.2.2.5 Dyeing operation
W.bzsoso, cOnHG/T2663-95
Heat the dye solution to 40℃, that is, put the pre-treated fabric into dyeing, heat it to boiling within 30min, continue dyeing for 45min, reduce the temperature to 50-60℃, take out the dye sample, wash it thoroughly, dry it in an oven at 50-60℃, take out the dye sample and cool it to room temperature for use. 4.2.2.6 Evaluation of color light and intensity
The evaluation of color light and intensity shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions in GB2374. 4.3 Determination of moisture content
Carry out in accordance with the provisions of Article 2 of GB/T2386. The difference between the results of two parallel determinations shall not exceed 0.10%, and the arithmetic mean shall be taken as the determination result.
4.4 Determination of ash content
4.4.1 Reagents
Sulfuric acid (GB/T625);
Nitric acid (GB/T626).
4.4.2 Operation steps
Weigh about 1g (accurate to 0.0005g) of the ground sample, place it in porcelain, heat it on an electric furnace until it is completely carbonized, remove it and cool it to room temperature, add a few drops of nitric acid and a few drops of sulfuric acid, place it on an electric furnace and heat it carefully to expel excess acid, then place it in a muffle furnace with a furnace temperature of 600650℃, heat it to 800℃ and burn it to constant weight. 4.4.3 Expression of analysis results
Ash content is expressed as mass percentage (X) and is calculated as follows:X
Where: m2——mass of porcelain and calcination residue, g: m1——mass of porcelain crucible, g;
m—mass of a sample, g.
5 Inspection rules
All items listed in Table 1 of this standard are factory inspection items, among which color light and intensity are inspected by colorimetry in 4.2.1 before leaving the factory. 5.1 Sampling method
5.1.1 Random sampling is carried out in batches. For manufacturers, uniform products mixed once are considered as a batch, and for users, products of the same batch received from the same manufacturer are considered as a batch. The number of samples for each batch shall not be less than √2, (N is the number of barrels of each batch of products). If there is a decimal, it shall be rounded up to an integer. The number of small batch sampling units shall not be less than 3 barrels. 5.1.2 When sampling, open the barrel cover and plastic bag, do not let foreign impurities fall into the product, use stainless steel (or aluminum, copper tube) sampling tube to sample from the top, middle and bottom, take 10-15cm high samples from the bottom of the probe each time, mix the samples thoroughly, take about 200g from them, pack them in two clean and dry ground-mouth bottles, seal them with paraffin, and label them. Write the product name, batch number, specification, and sampling date. One bottle is for inspection and one bottle is kept for future reference. 5.2 Factory inspection
Acidic particle Yuanqing is inspected by the quality supervision and inspection department of the manufacturer. The manufacturer should ensure that all acidic particle Yuanqing shipped from the factory meet the requirements of this standard and are accompanied by a product quality certificate in a certain format. 5.3 User acceptance
The user unit has the right to accept the quality of the acidic particle Yuanqing received in accordance with this standard. When the supply and demand parties have objections to the product quality, they can negotiate and resolve them.
5.4 Re-test
If one of the test results does not meet the standard requirements, re-samples should be taken from twice the amount of packaging for re-testing. The re-test results are 3
W.HG/T2663-95
If only one of the indicators does not meet the requirements of this standard, the entire batch of products will be unqualified. 5.5 Arbitration
If arbitration is required, the arbitration institution can be selected by both parties through consultation, and the arbitration method shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of this standard (among which: the inspection method of color light and intensity can be selected by both parties through consultation).
6 Marking, packaging, transportation, purchase and storage
6.1 The packaging barrel should have firm and clear markings, indicating: production date, product batch number, product name, registered trademark, production date, this standard number, product specifications, product gross weight, product net weight, and a product quality certificate should be attached to the packaging barrel. 6.2 Acidic granules should be packed in iron barrels lined with plastic bags. The plastic bags should be tied and sealed with covers. The net weight of each barrel is 25kg. Other packaging can be negotiated with the user.
6.3 During transportation, it should be handled with care, fire, sun and rain, and the packaging should not be damaged. 6.4 The product should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. Additional remarks:
