The measurement of the workbench size and spacing should comply with the provisions of Table 1; the detection of the surface roughness of the hydraulic piston, piston (plunger) and piston rod should comply with the provisions of Article 4.8; b. The detection of the flatness and parallelism of the workbench should comply with the provisions of Article 4.10; c d. Check the coaxiality of the upper and lower core mold positioning flanges as follows: The upper and lower core mold piston rods extend to the limit position, and the power cylinder piston (plunger) rises, so that the distance between the lower core mold flange and the upper core mold flange is 10mm. Measure the offset of the outer circle of the center of the upper core mold flange to the outer circle of the center of the lower core mold flange, and the maximum value of the offset. That is, the coaxiality error value, should comply with the provisions of Table 2. The number of opening and closing of the mold in the dry operation test shall not be less than 5 times, and check the following items: 6.1.2 Check the accuracy and reliability of the control system according to the requirements of Article 4.1; check the emergency switch according to the requirements of Article 5.1. It should be sensitive and reliable; b. Measure the piston (plunger) stroke and the upper and lower core mold piston stroke. It should comply with the provisions of Table 1: c Detect the piston (plunger) running speed, the method is as follows: d After the mold opening (piston descending) or mold closing (piston rising) action is normal, measure the full stroke distance of the lower workbench and the time required, repeat the measurement and calculation three times, and take the average value, which should comply with the provisions of Table 1, and count the distance The initial and terminal sections of the movement should be discarded (both are about 1/10 of the movement distance); determine the clamping force as follows: Use an electric contact pressure gauge with an accuracy of not less than grade 1.5 to measure the pressure of the working fluid and multiply it by the pressure-bearing area of the piston. The resulting value shall not be less than 98% of the value specified in Table 1; Check that the pressure holding performance of the hydraulic system complies with the provisions of Article 4.4; f Check that the working reliability of the hydraulic pump complies with the provisions of Article 4.5; The pressure adjustment range of the hydraulic system complies with the provisions of Article 4.6; h. The pressure performance of the hydraulic cylinder shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.7. 6.2 Load operation test 6.2.1 The load operation test can only be carried out after the idling test is passed. 6.2.2 Load operation test Check the following items: Check that the mold closing pressurization time (i.e. the time required for the pressure to rise to the maximum pressure after the mold closing) should comply with the provisions of Table 1; Check that each instrument should comply with the provisions of Articles 4.2 and 4.3; The sound pressure level of noise during operation should comply with the provisions of Article 5.4.
