This standard specifies the classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of rubber high voltage caps for color TV line output transformers.

3.1 Type: Rubber high-voltage caps are divided into type 1 and type 2 according to the diameter of the high-voltage wire they match. The diameter of the high-voltage wire of type 1 is $5.2mm, and the diameter of the high-voltage wire of type 2 is $4.2mm.

4 Technical requirements

4.1 The raw materials and manufacturing process of the rubber high voltage cap shall comply with the requirements of relevant technical specifications. 4.2 The physical properties of the material (vulcanized rubber) shall comply with the following table: Mesh

4.3 The appearance quality of the rubber high-voltage cap shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB7529.

4.4 Dimension tolerance of the rubber high-voltage cap: The dimension tolerance of the inner diameter of the threading hole of the rubber high-voltage cap shall comply with the provisions of M2F grade in GB3672; other dimension tolerances shall comply with the provisions of M3F grade in GB3672. 5 Test method
5.1 Test specimenbzxZ.net
The test specimen shall be taken from the product. If it is not possible to make it directly from the product, the standard specimen can be made from the same batch of rubber materials used to make the product, using the same vulcanization conditions as the product. And explain it in the test report. 5.2 Physical properties
5.2.1 Hardness test shall be carried out in accordance with GB6031, GB6032 (arbitration method) or GB531. 5.2.2 Tensile strength and elongation at break shall be measured in accordance with GB528. 5.2.3 Volume resistivity test shall be carried out in accordance with GB1692. 5.2.4 Breakdown strength test shall be carried out in accordance with GB1695. 5.2.5 Flame retardant performance test shall be carried out in accordance with Appendix A of HG2296. 5.3 Appearance quality
Appearance quality inspection shall be carried out by visual method and measuring tools with an accuracy of 0.02mm in accordance with GB7529. 5.4 Dimensions and tolerances
Dimensions and tolerances shall be measured by measuring tools with an accuracy of 0.02mm. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Factory inspection
6.1.1 The factory inspection items are appearance quality, size and some physical properties. 6.1.2 The appearance quality of the product shall be inspected piece by piece. If the inspection result is unqualified, it is allowed to be repaired once. If it is still unqualified, it will be judged as a defective product.
6.1.3 The size and some physical properties of the product shall be inspected by batch. 6.1.3.1 The rubber high-voltage caps manufactured with the same formula and the same process method shall be a batch of no more than 10,000 pieces or the corresponding amount of rubber materials. 6.1.3.2 The size of each batch of rubber high-voltage caps shall be inspected in accordance with GB2828, using the general inspection level 1 and the AQL value of 2.5. 6.1.3.3 Each batch of rubber high-voltage caps or their rubber materials shall be inspected for five items: hardness, tensile strength, elongation at break, volume resistivity and flame retardancy. If the rubber high-pressure cap is used for sampling inspection, when one item fails, double the sample should be taken for re-inspection of the unqualified item. If it still fails, the batch of products is unqualified; if the rubber sample is used for inspection, when one item fails, the rubber is allowed to be cultivated once, and then all five items are re-inspected. If one item still fails, the batch of rubber is unqualified, and the products produced with this batch of rubber are unqualified. 6.2 Type inspection
6.2.1 When one of the situations of 6.6.1af of GB1.3 is met, the product quality should be fully assessed, that is, all the technical requirements specified in the standard should be inspected.
6.2.2 During normal production, the breakdown strength of the product or rubber should be inspected at least once every quarter. If one of the inspection results fails, it is allowed to be re-inspected once. If it still fails, the products of that period are unqualified. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
7.1 The marking, packaging and transportation of materials shall refer to GB5721. 7.2 The storage of materials shall be carried out in accordance with GB5722. 7.3 Under the conditions of 7.1 and 7.2, the performance of the product shall comply with the provisions of this standard within a storage period of no more than 3 years from the date of manufacture.
