State Technical Supervision Bureau approved the standard on December 25, 1993 and implemented it on August 1, 1994. GB/T 14797.1-93. 4.5 Mechanical stability, according to the method specified in GB8301. 4.6 Swelling degree, according to the method specified in GB/T14797.3. 5 Inspection rules 5.1 Product inspection must be carried out according to the inspection methods specified in this standard. 5.2 The manufacturer takes samples of each batch of latex as a batch of products for inspection. Before packaging the product, mix the latex evenly and take samples immediately. The stirring time shall be determined through experiments, and the difference in the total solid content of the latex taken from the upper and lower layers of the tank shall be within 0.5%. 5.3 Take samples from the barrel and randomly select 10% of the total number of pieces as representative sample barrels. The latex in the sample barrel should be stirred evenly and then sampled immediately. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 6.1 Marking The packaging barrel should be marked with: vulcanized natural latex, type (such as general type, etc.), manufacturer name or code, batch number, barrel number, gross weight, tare weight, net weight, production date. 6.2 Packaging is generally packed in iron barrels. The packaging container should be thoroughly cleaned and the inner wall should be evenly coated with a layer of alkali-resistant paint that is harmless to latex. When packaging, the latex should be carefully loaded into the container, and no oil, iron filings or other debris should be brought in, and care should be taken to prevent the latex from overflowing from the container. Spilled latex shall not be packaged as genuine products. 6.3 When transporting and moving latex barrels, they should be placed gently and rolled slowly, and no collisions should be allowed to prevent damage. They should be covered during transportation and transport, and should not be exposed to the sun. The temperature should be kept within the range of 2 to 35°C. 6.4 The storage temperature should be maintained at 2 to 35°C, pay attention to sun protection, and should be checked frequently. If any leakage is found, it should be packaged separately. Additional instructions: This standard was proposed by the Ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China.
