Introduction to standards:

This standard specifies the basic parameters and technical requirements for threaded heat exchange tubes used in shell and tube heat exchangers. This standard is applicable to heat transfer situations where the total thermal resistance outside the tube (including dielectric film thermal resistance and dirt thermal resistance) is a controlled thermal resistance. It is not suitable for situations where solid dust content is high or where coking is easy. Basic parameters and technical conditions
1 Subject content and scope of application
This standard stipulates Basic parameters and technical requirements for threaded heat exchange tubes for shell and tube heat exchangers, JB/T472292 | In heat transfer situations, it is not suitable for situations with high solid dust content or situations that are prone to coking. 2 Reference standard
GB8163 Seamless steel pipe for transporting fluids
3 Terminology
An integral low-warp tube made by circumferentially rolling the threaded heat exchange tube on the outer surface of the plain tube. as the picture shows. H
1
The threaded heat exchange tube tooth term circle diameter d. The diameter of the threaded part of the wasp. The root diameter of the threaded heat exchange tube is d, the diameter of the trough of the threaded part. The inner diameter of the threaded heat exchange tube is d, the inner diameter of the threaded part of the tube. tp
The ratio of the area of ??the shaded area in the figure to the tooth pitch of the equivalent diameter of the threaded heat exchange tube. The outer surface area of ??the threaded heat exchange tube A: the sum of the crest surface area of ??the threaded part of the threaded heat exchange tube, the trough surface area, the area on both sides of the thread, and the surface area of ??the unthreaded part of the heat exchange tube. Tooth pitch t is the distance from the center of one wave crest to the center of adjacent wave crests in the threaded part. "Finning ratio" is the ratio of the outer surface area of ??the threaded heat exchange tube to the outer surface area of ??the plain tube before rolling. 4 The basic parameters of the threaded heat exchange tube should comply with the provisions of Table 1. 5.4 A smooth section without threads should be left at both ends of the threaded heat exchange tube. The length L is the thickness of the tube plate plus 30mm. When there is no stipulation in the order contract, L will be supplied according to 120mm. 5.5 The thread surface shall not have defects such as peeling or embedded objects. 5.6 The straightness of the threaded heat exchange tube should not exceed 1.5mm/m. 5.7 Both ends of the threaded heat exchange tube should be cut at right angles and burrs should be removed. 5.B The hydraulic test of the threaded heat exchange tube should comply with the relevant regulations of GB8163. 78 | |tt | According to the provisions of Article 4.5, when any one fails, six more should be taken out for inspection. If there are still two unqualified ones, the batch should be inspected one by one, and the unqualified ones must be removed separately.
7 Packaging
7.1 For the threaded heat exchange tubes that have passed the inspection, the manufacturer should fill in the product certificate and pack and ship the quality certificate of the connecting steel pipes together. The product certificate should at least include the following items:
a. Steel pipe specifications:
b. Main parameters of threaded heat exchange tubes:
c. Manufacturing date;
d .Inspection items and their inspection results,
e. Inspection date and inspector’s name or code: f. Name of manufacturer.
7.2 The packaging method of threaded heat exchange tubes is determined by the manufacturer. However, the following requirements should be met after packaging: a. Rainproof:
b. Do not damage the thread surface or damage the threaded heat exchange tubes. Deformation; c. When the packaging box is placed upside down or sideways, the threaded heat exchange tube should not be loose in the box. Additional notes:
This standard was proposed by the National Pressure Vessel Standardization Technical Committee. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Heat Exchange Equipment Subcommittee of the National Pressure Vessel Standardization Technical Committee. This standard was drafted by Lanzhou Petroleum Machinery Research Institute of the Ministry of Mechanical and Electronic Industry. 79
