1.1 Subject content
This specification specifies the requirements, quality assurance provisions and delivery preparations for high-pressure air right-angle check valves (hereinafter referred to as check valves) with a nominal pressure of PN20.0MPa and PN25.0MPa. 1.2 Scope of application

The check valve should be subjected to a strength hydraulic test together with the screw plug. The test pressure is P, = 1.5PN, and there should be no leakage when the pressure is maintained for 10anin. 3.4.5 After the check valve is assembled, a hydraulic sealing test shall be carried out, and the test pressure is P. =1.25PN. Pressurize from the outlet and maintain the pressure for 10 minutes. Repeat the test twice. There should be no leakage.
3.4.6 After the hydraulic test, the positive air tightness test should be carried out with two test pressures of 5.0MPa and P. Pressurize from the outlet and maintain the pressure for 10 minutes. There should be no leakage.
3.5 Appearance
The appearance of the check valve should be smooth and flat, and no defects such as dents and burrs are allowed. 4 Quality Assurance Provisions
4.1 Inspection Responsibility
The factory inspection of the check valve shall be the responsibility of the technical inspection department of the manufacturer. The check valve submitted for acceptance shall meet the requirements of Chapter 3 and Chapter 5 of this standard.
4.2 Inspection Method
The check valve shall be subjected to hydraulic strength test according to the requirements of GB600, and the result shall meet the requirements of Article 3.4.4. 4.2.2
The check screw should be tested for pressure and air tightness according to the requirements of GB600, and the results should comply with the provisions of Articles 3.4.5 and 3.4.6. 3
Delivery preparation
Before packing, the check screw thread should be sheathed. Packing
Beitong should be packed in boxes when leaving the factory. There should be a packing list in the box. The following contents should be indicated on the packing list
