4.4The thickness of the steel strip shall be uniform. The maximum difference (three-point difference) of the thickness measured at three points in the middle and both sides of the same section shall comply with the provisions of Table 4.

4.5 For steel strips used for cold rolling, the thickness in the rolling direction shall be uniform. The maximum difference (same strip difference) of the thickness measured at three points on the same straight line shall not be greater than 0.17mm.

Strip steel strip:
For steel strips with a thickness of 2.00-4.00 mm, the length shall not be less than 6 m, and short-length steel strips with a length of not less than 4 m are allowed to be delivered; for steel strips with a thickness of 4.00-6.00 mm, the length shall not be less than 4 m, and short-length steel strips with a length of not less than 3 m are allowed to be delivered. 5.1 Steel grades and chemical composition
5.1-1 The steel strip is rolled with carbon structural steel Q215, Q235.Q255 A, B grades and Q175, Q275, and its chemical composition (melting analysis) shall comply with the provisions of GB700.
5.1.2 The steel strip is rolled with low alloy structural steel, and its chemical composition (melting analysis) shall comply with the provisions of GB1591 or corresponding standards. 5.2 Delivery status

5.3.1.2When the cold bending of grade A steel strip is qualified, the upper limit of tensile strength is not a delivery condition. The tensile strength of grade B steel can exceed the upper limit of 50 MPa specified in GB705.
5.3.2The mechanical properties of low alloy structural steel strip shall comply with the provisions of the corresponding standards. 5.4Surface quality
5.4.1There shall be no bubbles, scars, cracks, folds and cracks on the surface of the steel strip. There shall be no delamination of the steel strip. Other surface defects are allowed to exist-but the depth and height shall not exceed half of the thickness deviation, and slight red oxide scale is allowed to exist. 5.4.2Surface defects are allowed to be cleaned, but the minimum thickness and width of the steel strip shall be guaranteed after cleaning. The cleaned area shall be smooth and sharp. 5.4.3 For coiled steel strips with a length greater than 50 m, the abnormal position shall not exceed 8% of the total length of each coiled steel strip. 6 Test methods

7.1 The steel strip shall be inspected and accepted by the supplier's technical supervision department. 7.2 The steel strip shall be accepted in batches. Each batch shall consist of steel strips of the same brand, furnace, number, size and category. The combined batches composed of different furnace numbers shall comply with the relevant standards. 7.3 The re-inspection of steel strip shall comply with the provisions of GB247. 8 Packaging, marking and quality certificate
