3 Terms and Definitions

4 Classification
The mobile mode of the laboratory is self-propelled, and it is divided into sample collection and sample collection processing according to its purpose. 5 Technical requirements
5.1 Basic requirements
5.1.1 The mobile laboratory should be able to work normally under the following external environmental conditions: - Ambient temperature: -40℃~45℃;
Relative humidity of air: below 95%;
Sea level: below 3000m;
Level 4 and above highways:

5.1.2 The external dimensions, axle load and mass limit of the mobile laboratory shall comply with the provisions of GB1589. 5.1.3 The mobile laboratory should be able to park stably on a 15% slope when the road adhesion coefficient is not less than 0.7. 5.1.4 The roll stability angle of the mobile laboratory should be no less than 30%2

5.1.5 The rainproof sealing limit of the mobile laboratory should be no less than 94 points. The score calculation shall be in accordance with the provisions of QC/T476. 5.1.6 The mobile laboratory should be equipped with steps to facilitate the entry and exit of personnel. When subjected to a vertical downward static load of 1.8kN, there should be no plastic deformation or damage, which should comply with the provisions of GJB2093.
5.1.7 The mobile laboratory should be tested in a non-mobile state. 5.1.8 The mobile laboratory should be equipped with on-board documentation Parts and materials, including certificates, instructions, maintenance manuals, accessory lists and lists of wearing parts.
5.1.9 The collection and processing of samples for epidemic prevention, chemical defense, nuclear radiation, dangerous explosives, etc. in mobile laboratories shall comply with other special laws and regulations.
5.2 Vehicle requirements
5.2.1 Mobile laboratories shall comply with the basic performance indicators of established vehicles. Leveling mechanisms shall be set on the vehicles to meet the equipment conditions. The bottom of the vehicles shall have appropriate counterweights to lower the center of gravity and maintain stability and safety in complex road conditions. 5.2.2 External lighting and signal devices, braking distance, safety performance and other indicators shall comply with the provisions of GB7258. 5.2.3 It shall have sufficient power, and the specific power shall be greater than or equal to 5.0kW/t. 5.2.4 The noise outside the vehicle during acceleration shall comply with the second phase requirements of GB1495, and 5.2.5 The radio interference characteristics of components shall comply with the provisions of GB/T18655. 5.3 Requirements for the test cabin
5.3.1 The structure, reliability, maintainability, thermal insulation and airtightness of the test cabin shall comply with the relevant provisions of Chapter 5 of GB/T29477-2012 and 7.2.3 of GB/T29479-2012, and the layout shall be reasonable. 5.3.2 The paint coating of the test cabin should be sprayed evenly, and no defects such as cracks, peeling, delamination, bubbles, flow marks and accumulation are allowed. It should comply with the TQ1A regulations of QC/T484-1999.
5.3.3 There should be no sharp protrusions in the test cabin that may cause injury to people. The interior decoration should comply with the relevant regulations and requirements of 5.3.1.3 in GB/T29471-2012: the interior decoration materials should comply with the relevant regulations and requirements of Chapter 5 in GB/T29474-2012. 5.3.4 The carrying capacity of the test cabin should comply with the requirements of 5.7.5, 5.7.6 and 5.7.7 in GB/T29477-2012. 5.3.5 The mobile laboratory is divided into a driving area and a working area, and the working area should be an independent cabin. If it is a passenger compartment type, the work area needs to be separated from the driving area, with an observation window or an openable isolation door. 5.3.6 The work area should be a self-contained high area or an independent mobile cabin or isolation cabin, with access control, and the size of the work area should be able to meet the operation requirements.
5.3.7 There should be an escape sign in the experimental cabin to indicate the escape route. 5.3.8 The experimental cabin should have good electromagnetic shielding performance and should comply with the provisions of 5.5.4 of GB/T29477-2012. 5.3.9 The experimental cabin should be equipped with a satellite positioning system and a driving record system that can perform satellite positioning. 5.3.10 The experimental cabin should be equipped with refrigeration, freezing and temperature-adjustable equipment for sample storage and transportation, and a full-process original temperature recording device or instrument according to needs. The equipment should have partitions or fixing measures to meet the requirements for separate storage of various samples, and the samples should have corresponding labels. 5.3.11 The installation and connection of the equipment, instruments and carriers in the experimental cabin should be firm and reliable, and shock absorption measures should be added according to the performance requirements of the equipment. The equipment should not be close to the wall, and should be easy to connect to the power supply and maintain. 5.4 Requirements for instruments and equipment
5.4.1 According to the different types and properties of the collected samples, the experimental cabin of the mobile laboratory should be equipped with different integrated sample collection tools and sampling packaging consumables according to the corresponding standard requirements. The relevant equipment should be able to reduce or repackage the samples. The collection equipment can be appropriately increased or decreased according to different work requirements.
5.4.2: The mobile laboratory equipment should have certain shock absorption performance, portability and dustproofness. 5.4.3 The mobile laboratory experimental cabin can be equipped with necessary tools, consumables and corresponding processing equipment for sample pretreatment, sterile sampling equipment, and microbial culture equipment according to needs.
5.5 Environmental requirements
5.5.1 Temperature and humidity requirements
The experimental cabin should be equipped with an independent temperature and humidity adjustment system. The temperature should be controlled within the range of (23 ± 5) C, and the relative humidity should be controlled within the range of 45%~65%.
Noise requirements
After the system is working normally, the noise in the work area should not be greater than 68dB. The noise in the special experimental area should meet the test work requirements 5.5.3 Air pressure requirements
The air pressure in the experimental cabin should not affect the normal work of personnel and machines, and should comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T6587. 5.5.4 Light-proof requirements
According to the characteristics and requirements of the collected samples, there should be corresponding light-proof areas or facilities. 5.6 Facility requirements
5.6.1 Door and window requirements
The door of the work area should have a visual window and can be locked. The door lock and the opening direction of the door should not hinder the escape of indoor personnel. 5.6.2 Clothing storage device requirements
There should be a clothing storage or hanging device at the entrance of the work area. Personal clothing should be separated from regular work clothes, and sterile work clothes should be placed separately. 5.6.3 Requirements for tables and seats
The work area should have enough space, and the shelves and tables should be used to place equipment and items. The tables and seats should be stable. The folding seats for the accompanying personnel should be durable and equipped with safety belts, and the corners should be rounded. The placement should be easy to clean, and the laboratory table should be waterproof, corrosion-resistant, heat-resistant and strong. The shelves should prevent cross contamination.
5.6.4 Requirements for emergency equipment
The work area should be equipped with fire-fighting equipment and emergency equipment, such as fire extinguishers, sprinklers, etc.: 5.6.5 Lighting requirements
Emergency lighting devices should be installed and maintained for more than 30 minutes. The illumination of the work area should not be less than 3501x, and excessive light and light reflection should be avoided. 5.6.6 Communication requirements
The mobile laboratory should be equipped with a computer system, and a sampling guidance processing platform system and a query system should be established. It should have electronic equipment to transmit information and data to the outside, and the complexity of the communication system should be adapted to the purpose of the mobile laboratory. 5.6.7 Requirements for ventilation and air conditioning systems
An independent air supply and exhaust system for the laboratory cabin should be installed, or an auxiliary air supply and exhaust system should be configured according to the special needs of different equipment. The wind direction of the laboratory cabin should comply with the principle of directional airflow and should not affect the normal functions of other equipment. The exhaust system has the function of adjusting the wind speed and flow rate separately, and the material has the function of acid and alkali resistance and chemical reagent corrosion prevention. The air supply and exhaust system of the sample collection laboratory cabin equipped with a biological safety cabinet should comply with the relevant requirements of GB50346.
5.6.8 Requirements for water supply and drainage and gas supply system
GB/T31016—2014
Provide a water supply device that meets the needs, and a water storage device can be equipped when necessary. Non-manual hand washing facilities or non-manual disinfection and sterilization devices should be installed near the exit of the work area. The liquid and gas pipeline systems entering and leaving the mobile laboratory should be firm, leak-proof, rust-proof, pressure-resistant, temperature-resistant (cold or hot), and corrosion-resistant. The water supply and drainage pipe system should not leak, the pipe diameter should meet the test requirements, the pipe should be easy to clean, the drainage should have a backflow prevention design, and the discharged water quality should meet the secondary standard in GB8978-1996. Liquids that cannot be directly discharged should be placed in waste treatment facilities. The gas supply system should be set up as needed, and the system should ensure sealing, high cleanliness, durability, safety and reliability. 5.6.9 Power system
The power supply should meet all power requirements of the mobile laboratory and should be surplus. There should be enough fixed power sockets to avoid multiple devices using the same power socket. When using a generator set for power supply, there should be a reliable grounding system, and the generator should comply with the provisions of GB/T2819. It should be equipped with a stable and continuous power supply, an uninterruptible backup power supply, and a leakage protection device or monitoring alarm device should be installed at key nodes. The voltage range is (220±10)V and the frequency range is (50±1)Hz. 5.6.10 Lightning protection device
The experimental cabin should be equipped with an effective grounding lightning protection device to ensure the safety of personnel, equipment and cabin in field operations. When the instrument is not working, the grounding device is required to be connected to the chain on the ground: when the instrument is working, the grounding device is required to be connected to the external power supply ground wire or grounding solder, and anti-static grounding should be set.
5.6.11 "Three Wastes" Treatment Device
The experimental cabin should be equipped with waste treatment and storage devices, which should comply with the relevant regulations and requirements of Chapter 5 of GB/T29478-2012. 6 Test methods
6.1 Basic requirements
6.1.1 Use thermometers, hygrometers, and barometers to measure the temperature, humidity, and air pressure of the test environment. Select highways of level 4 or above for road surface tests. The test extreme environment can be obtained by artificial simulation. 6.1.2 Inspect the dimensions of the outer corridor according to the test method specified in GB/T12673, and inspect the quality parameters according to the test method specified in GB/T12674. 6.1.3 Inspect the slope holding performance according to the test method specified in GB7258. 6.1.4 Inspect the roll stability according to the test method specified in GB/T14172. 6.1.5 Inspect the rainproof sealing according to the test method specified in QC/T476. 6.1.6 Inspect the steps according to the test method specified in GJB2093. 6.1.7
Before the test, visually check whether the mobile laboratory is in a mobile state. 6.1.8
Visually inspect the accompanying documents and materials of the mobile laboratory. 9.6.1.9
Inspect the mobile laboratories that collect and process samples for epidemic prevention, chemical defense, nuclear radiation, dangerous explosives, etc. in accordance with the corresponding laws and regulations.
6.2 Vehicle requirements
6.2.1 Provide test vehicles according to the requirements of 5.2.1. 6.2.2 Inspect the safety performance, external lighting and signal devices, and braking distance of self-propelled vehicles according to the test methods specified in GB7258. 6.2.3 Calculate the specific power according to the calculation method specified in GB7258. 6.2.4 Inspect the external noise of the accelerating vehicle according to the test method specified in GB1495. 5

Inspect the radio interference characteristics according to the test methods specified in GB/T18655. 6.3 Laboratory requirements
Inspect the layout of the laboratory cabin according to the product manual and configuration requirements. Inspect the paint coating according to the test method of QC/T484-1999. Inspect the interior of the test cabin according to the test method specified in GB/T29474-2012 according to 6.6.4.6.6.5 and 6.6 of GB/T29477-2012.6. Test the load-bearing capacity of the test cabin, and visually check the partition of the test cabin.
Visually check the personnel control and space size of the work area. Visually check and experience the personnel escape route, and check the laboratory escape signs. Inspect the electromagnetic shielding of the test cabin according to the test method of 6.4.4 in GB/T29477-2012, visually check the satellite positioning system, driving record system and its functionality of the test cabin, visually check the refrigeration, freezing and adjustable temperature equipment, the original temperature recording device or instrument of the whole process, the sample storage equipment and partition or fixing measures of the test cabin
Visually check the equipment in the test cabin, the fixed connection between the equipment and the carrier 6.4 Instrument and Equipment Requirements
Visually check the configuration of sample collection tools and sampling packaging consumables in the test cabin. Visually check the shock absorption device, portability and dustproof device of the set equipment. Visually check the sample pre-treatment tools, consumables and equipment configuration of the mobile laboratory. 6.5 Environmental requirements
Turn on the temperature and humidity adjustment system, and use a thermometer and a virtual meter to measure the temperature and humidity in the test cabin respectively. Use a sound level meter to measure the noise in the personnel operating space. Use a barometer to check the air pressure in the test cabin. Visually inspect the light-proof area or facilities in the test cabin. 6.6 Facility requirements
Self-inspect the door and window settings in the work area.
Visually inspect the clothing storage device in the work area. Visually inspect the shelves, countertops and seats in the work area. Visually inspect the emergency equipment in the work area.
Use a illuminometer to measure the light intensity in the work area. Visually inspect the configuration of the computer system and communication equipment in the test cabin, and actually run the operation test. Visually inspect the air supply and exhaust system of the test cabin, visually inspect the water supply and drainage pipe system and air supply system of the test cabin, use foam to check whether the pipeline is leaking, and the water quality shall be tested according to GB8978-6.6.8

6.6.9 Visually check the use of the socket, use a multimeter to test the voltage and frequency, and visually check whether there is a grounding lightning protection device. Use a ground resistance tester to test the ground resistance, which should not be greater than 10n. Visually check the leakage protection device or monitoring alarm.

7 Inspection rules

Mobile laboratory inspection is divided into type inspection and factory inspection. Type inspection
Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following cases: a)
When a new product is finalized;
When production is resumed after a one-year suspension;
When there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes after normal production;
When the enterprise quality department has relevant regulations after normal production;
When there is a significant difference between the factory inspection results and the last type inspection results;

When there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes after normal production;
When the enterprise quality department has relevant regulations after normal production;
When there is a significant difference between the factory inspection results and the last type inspection results;
