The main performance parameters specified in this standard should be measured in degassed distilled water at a temperature of 23 ± 3 °C, under conditions of strong mechanical vibration and no cavitation.
3.1 Working frequency and its stability
The working frequency range of the standard ultrasonic power source is 0.5~10 MHz. This standard recommends the nominal frequencies of 0.5, 1.3, 5 and 10 MHz, and the frequency stability should be better than 2×10-3/d.
3.2 Rated output ultrasonic sound power
The continuous wave output ultrasonic sound power of the standard ultrasonic power source is divided into: milliwatt level: 1~500mWbzxZ.net

3.3 The accuracy of the output ultrasonic sound power should not be greater than 5%. 3.4 Distortion

4.1 Transducer
4.1.1 The transducer is a circular plane piston type. Its transducer element should be made of single crystal piezoelectric materials such as quartz or lithium saw oxide with good stability and ductility, with a diameter of 1~5cm.
4.1.2 The transducer shall be watertight under normal pressure, and the insulation resistance measured between the two poles of the transducer shall be greater than 100M0 (measured with 1000V megohmmeter). 4.2 Ultrasonic frequency oscillator

4.2.1 The working frequency range is 0.510 MHz, and the frequency stability shall be better than 2×10~3/d. 4.2.2 The output power shall not be less than 5W for millisecond ultrasonic power source and not less than 100W for watt ultrasonic power source. 4.2.3 The output impedance shall be 50 0.
4.2.4 The distortion of the output signal is less than 2%. Note: The ultrasonic oscillator can also be composed of an ultrasonic signal generator and a power amplifier. 4.3 Impedance matcher
4.3.1 The input impedance should be 50 0, and the output impedance should be compatible with the impedance of the matched transducer. 4.3.2 The rated electric power should be greater than 5W for milliwatt ultrasonic power sources and greater than 100W for watts. 4.3.3 The impedance matcher can be equipped with a detection winding proportional to the input voltage to indicate the output ultrasonic sound power. 5 Calibration method
5.1 The calibration of the standard ultrasonic power source should be carried out according to the first-level calibration method specified in GB7966. 5.2 For each standard ultrasonic power source of a specified frequency, a calibration curve of the output ultrasonic sound power versus the square of the voltage at the input end of the impedance matcher or its detection winding end should be given, as shown in Figure 1. 6.1 When using, measure the voltage applied to the input end of the impedance matcher or its detection system end, and check the output ultrasonic sound power of the standard ultrasonic power source from the curve in Figure 1.
6.2 The accuracy of the frequency meter with a constant rate should be better than 10:*. 6.3 The accuracy of the voltmeter for measuring voltage should be better than 1%, and the input impedance should be greater than 1M2.
