Steel structure bridge paint is widely used on steel structure bridges due to its special properties, playing a protective and decorative role. It has developed rapidly in my country in recent years, but there has been no unified standard. In order to stabilize and improve the quality of such products and meet the needs of different users, this standard is specially formulated.
This standard is formulated based on the product quality requirements of major domestic steel structure bridge paint manufacturers and in reference to relevant domestic and foreign standards. Since steel structure bridge paint includes a wide variety of varieties, this standard is formulated as a general technical condition. Appendix A of this standard is a prompt appendix.
This standard was proposed by the Technical Supervision Department of the former Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard was drafted by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Paints and Pigments. The main drafting units of this standard are Dajin Lighthouse Paint Co., Ltd., Shenyang Application Technology Experimental Factory, 725 Institute of China Shipbuilding Corporation, and the participating drafting units of this standard are Changzhou Paint Chemical Research Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry, Shanghai Kailindao Paint Factory, Wuxi Barun Paint Chemical Co., Ltd., Wuhan Shuanghu Paint Co., Ltd., Chongqing Three Gorges Paint Co., Ltd., Tianjin Dongguang Special Paint Factory, Jiangsu Wutao Kaixing Paint Factory, Jiangsu Wujin Xiaorong Anticorrosion Material Factory, Hunan Metal Materials Corporation Hunan Jinsheng Chemical Anticorrosion Research Center, Hangzhou Paint Guang

5 Test method
5.1 Sampling
HG/T 3656
Products shall be sampled in accordance with the provisions of CB3186. The sample should be divided into two parts, one sealed and stored for future reference, and the other for inspection. If it is found that the product quality does not meet the standard technical indicators, the supply and demand parties shall jointly resample according to the provisions of GB 3186. 5.2 Test conditions
According to the provisions of GB9278.
5.3 Preparation of test samples
5.3.1 The test base plate shall be processed according to the provisions of GB/T9271. The dry explosion time, adhesion, bending resistance, impact resistance and water resistance tests are tinplate plates (size is 120 mm×50 mmX0.3 mm). The construction test shall be carried out according to the provisions of GB/T6753.6. The remaining tests are steel plates (unless otherwise specified, the size is 15mm×7mm×1mm). 5.3.2 The film thickness measurement shall be carried out according to the provisions of GB/T13452.2. Adhesion, bending resistance, impact resistance, and water resistance should be measured 48 hours after the film is prepared. The film thickness requirement is (35±2) μm. Other performance measurements should be made 168 hours after the film is prepared. 5.3.3 Artificial accelerated aging and salt spray resistance measurements require that the primer, intermediate paint, and topcoat be matched and measured. The interval between each layer, the total thickness of the film, and the board treatment before painting should be carried out in accordance with the matching requirements of each factory. 5.4 State in the container
Open the container and stir with a spatula or a stirrer. It is allowed that there is sediment at the bottom of the container. If it is easy to mix and evenly after stirring, it is rated as "no lumps after stirring, and in a uniform state."
