1 Subject content and scope of application
Standard for perforating and coring engineering in the Petroleum and Natural Gas Industry of the People's Republic of China
SY/T 5555—92
This standard specifies the labor quotas for casing perforation, through-tubing perforation, tubing conveying perforation, cable conveying bridge plug and wellbore coring. This standard is applicable to perforation and wellbore coring projects with a depth of less than 5500m. 2 Basic requirements for the use of the standard
2.1 Working conditions
2.1.1 The quality of the wellbore shall comply with relevant regulations.
2.1.2 There shall be no spraying or overflowing.
2.1.3 The performance of drilling fluid meets the following requirements, density
25-~50s
20~~40g/mm2
2.2 Handling of working hours in special cases
2.2.1 When the density of drilling fluid is 1.3~~1.5g/cm, the cable tripping speed should be reduced by 10% according to the normal speed. For those with density above 1.5g/cm2, the cable tripping speed shall be reduced by 10% according to the normal speed for every increase of 0.1g/cm2: When the viscosity of drilling fluid is greater than 80s, it shall be handled as a complex well.
2.2.2 For those who meet one of the following conditions, the actual working hours shall be verified: a. Complex well. Heavy oil well, etc.
b. Delay caused by accidents in well, unstable voltage in well field, downhole pressure and temperature exceeding the factory technical indicators of the instrument, c. Test of new instrument and new method
d. Engineering explosion, salvage rod, oil pipe transportation perforation positioning ignition, waiting for the well team to adjust the pipe string, install the port and other temporary operations other than the items listed in this bid;
e. Construction delays caused by restrictions on site conditions. 2.3 Vehicle driving speed
2.3.1-General road surface is calculated as 30km/h.
2.3.2 Excavation of road surface and winding mountain road, trailer is calculated according to actual working hours. 2.4 Perforation team quota
Perforation team quota See Appendix A (reference). 3 Perforation engineering quota working hours
3.1 On-site construction quota
3.1.1 Construction team will add 0.5h of perforator and pyrotechnic equipment for each construction. 3.1.2 After every 5 casing perforations, add 0.5h of cable maintenance time. 3.1.3 When hard connection is used in casing perforation, the time for changing perforators is calculated as 0.17h. Approved by the Ministry of Energy of the People's Republic of China on February 22, 1993 and implemented on August 1, 1993
SY/T 5555-92
3.1.4 Cable-transported bridge plugs, if the bridge plug seat is filled with cement after pressure test, the pressure test time is calculated as waiting time. 3.1.5 The working hours for each well of tubing-transported perforation and gun collection are calculated according to actual consumption, and the data collation after completion is calculated as 1.0h (1 person). 3.1.6 The perforators and connecting perforators of tubing-transported perforation are based on the layer thickness of 10m. For every additional 10m, the working hours increase by one base number of working hours, and so on.
3.1.? The calculation of the perforation time quota for the tubing delivery perforation in this standard is based on the rod detonation method. When the pressure detonation method is used, 1.5 hours is added to the basic time of "tubing delivery perforation ignition" in Table 1.
3.1.8 The empty start and empty down measurement quota time for the positioning ignition of tubing delivery perforation is calculated with reference to the speed in Table 3. 3.1.9 The calculation method of the perforation time quota is:
, the calculation formula of the casing perforation, tubing perforation, and cable delivery bridge plug time quota is T-TI+(T,+T++T)-n-

T3 and T4 are calculated by the following formula:
SY/T 5555-92
Ta(T) x 500/V
where m2~---and the depth is divided into sections of 500m, and the empty lifting and lowering speed is taken as integers from 1 to 11, see Table 3, m/1. b. The calculation formula for the working time quota of the perforator under the tubing conveying perforation is Ta2.03+0.5xH/10
where---
--the working time quota of the perforator, hi
H---the total perforation well section thickness m (the layer thickness is based on 10m, if it exceeds 10m, it is calculated as 20m, and so on). The calculation formula for the fixed time quota of perforating positioning and ignition by C-tube delivery is: Tc=TI+K(T,+T)+Ts
, where Tc is the fixed time quota of positioning and ignition, hT is the waiting and adjustment time of pipe string installation and opening, h. The fixed time quota of perforating process on-site construction is 1. 3.1.10
